Only 7 km from the capital and only 15 or 20 minutes from the nearest beach 10 minutes from the airport, with a large park area, perfect for children of all ages with different play areas, La Sequieta park. Sports center 100m away and municipal swimming pool. The apartment has sheets and towels.
