The Project House

Built in the 1930’s as one of the Irwinville Farms project houses, it served originally as home to project farmer Randolph Martin, his wife Estelle, and their children, Frances, Betty, and Jimmy. The house and farm are still owned and operated today by descendants of the Martin family. The house is situated in the middle of a actively working farm consisting of row crops, such as peanuts, corn, cotton and cattle, so guest may experience sights, sounds, and smells that reflect such.

Welcome to our little yellow house! This home is over 100 years old. It’s a quirky little thing with uneven floors and walls. Most of the house has its original walls and ceilings! It’s been added on to several times. We’ve given it lots of tender loving care to get it back to its beauty! You will love staying in this peaceful setting in our vineyards! While you’re here, be sure to visit our tasting room and store. We even have fresh fruit in season!

Built in the late 1800’s, this beautifully restored location is right in the Historic District Marion Street. The apartment is 2 bedrooms and offers a cozy king and queen size bed, luxurious bathroom fitted with double antique sinks and rainfall shower head, and the cutest kitchen with a farmhouse sink. Other architectural features include original exposed beams, brick walls, and the entire space is wrapped in vintage creams and whites.
