Complete house in David, in a quiet residential area going up La Perla, at the foot of Cerro de la Cruz. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and air conditioning in each room and in the living room. No neighbors behind: just the green of the hill. It comfortably sleeps 6 people. Parking is within the perimeter of the house, with an electric fence and cameras. The keys are in a lockbox, so you can check in at your arrival time. It is not a hotel and does not claim to be one. It is just a clean and safe house.

Butterfly exhibit and breakfast included, 2 hectares of fabulous gardens full of colorful birds and a collection if stingless honey bees. Close to town. Forms part of a honey farm offering more than 24 types of honey, a great store and bee and honey tasting tours also part of a traditional Boquete Coffee Estate. We can accommodate 4 px but booking price including breakfast is for 2px. We charge an additional $15 per person.

I offer a spacious apartment on the top floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, full laundry room, full kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, hot water, cable, WiFi, in La Concepción, Bugaba, a few kilometers from the city of David, Tierras Altas and La Frontera with Costa Rica. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 2 queen beds). Pets are welcome but at an additional cost of $40.
