The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

The villa is surrounded by strikingly beautiful nature and has direct access to the beach, a rock pool, excellent fishing opportunities and lovely hiking trails. This exclusive property is of the highest standard and has everything you could possibly want. A short distance from the house is Smitingen, one of Sweden's most beautiful seaside resorts, and with Härnösand, located at the start of the Höga Kusten World Heritage Site, just a few kilometres away, the location is perfect!

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique accommodation lets you sleep high up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Here you can relax, hike along the World Heritage trail, climb, paddle, swim in the sea and lake, visit fishing villages, cycle, play golf and more. Take a walk from the cottage up to the view from Ringkallen or Dönstaudden. Or why not just enjoy the view and the sunset over the bay from the veranda? Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Fridfull idyll med närhet till djur och natur samtidigt som det är lätt att stanna till utifrån närheten till E4:an. Här går att basta och ta ett dopp i ån, duscha i utomhus-dusch som värms av solen. I bostaden finns rinnande vatten från ån samt dunkar med färskvatten. Bäddsoffa för två samt tre bäddar i sovrummet. Dass med separett. Stugan värms via element alternativt genom att elda i kaminen. Ved finns i vedboden.

Hemsö Hideaway

Välkommen till denna oas på vackra Hemsön, i världsarvet Höga Kusten. Här bor du bara ett stenkast från havet, med tillgång till en liten strand (delas med värden) där du kan starta dagen med ett morgondopp eller njuta av kvällssolen i stillhet. Två roddbåtar (med flytvästar att låna) finns att tillgå. Vill ni även pröva fiskelyckan finns det fiskegrejer att låna. Kolgrill, kol och tändvatska finns på altanen.
