Great refuge for rest, secluded but with a wonderful view. There are 3 separate houses. We will certainly return.

Very well-equipped house to accommodate its visitors very comfortably. The heated pool is phenomenal. The family that takes care of the house is attentive to the needs and treated us with affection. Ideal house for those looking for peace and quiet and it was exactly what we were looking for: a house with a pool that is not shared with anyone else, in a rural area.

We loved the house. The shades were dark, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. It was a longer walk to walk to Monsaraz than I thought it would be, but we really liked the quiet location and agree with the other reviewers who said they had one of their best meals at the restaurant next door. Would have loved to stay longer!

Great!!! The house is very spacious, clean, well-maintained and well decorated. It is also very well equipped, we found everything we need. Bedding and bath linens are different, great. Despite the heat, the rooms are very fresh and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms, so we are very comfortable. The pool is outstanding and bigger than it looks on the pictures. Mr. Luis is very attentive, welcomed us very well and referred us to great restaurants and sightseeing. We had a very pleasant time during our stay. Would recommend.

Pleasant house for a family weekend in a quiet place

This is a magical place! The house is tucked away at the back of the village with uninterrupted views of the sleepy Portuguese countryside. The pool is perfect and beautifully landscaped. We spent many happy hours watching the sun set as the stars and galaxies in the dark skies revealed themselves. The house interiors are very special too and I could write 500 words just about the design and decor! We took hundreds of photos for fantasy second home inspo! The cute little annex was a bonus for our daughter - her own en suite room, separate from the main house - perfect. Beautiful bathrooms (3) and an extremely well equipped kitchen completed the package. We loved the area too. No English tourists; quiet country roads and great hilltop towns to explore. The nearby pottery village was my idea of heaven - great gifts for friends and family. We LOVE Portugal and we WILL be back! Huge thanks for having us. xx

I wanted to get out of Lisbon and into the countryside for the weekend and this place was ideal. I just received a promotion the day of the trip and wanted to celebrate with some wine, but arrived at about 9pm. I was able to walk into the village (15 minute walk) and have some nice conversations with the bartender and owner and had a few drinks there and walked back. Locals were very friendly. The next morning we arose and there were sheep just outside our door (well, fenced in) and we were surrounded by cork and olive trees. Peace and quiet with the sounds of sheep and sheep bells echoing across the valley (occassional car too, but not too bad). About a ten minute walk to one of those prehistoric rock formations was a nice jaunt. We also drove up to the old chapel former monastery with fantastic views (also makes for a great hike if you're up for it). The space itself was nice, just keep in mind no kitchen. Communication was great and overall I left feeling refreshed.

Terena is a town outside the usual routes, small and with few attractions in itself, but flirty, cared for and quiet. The "Cantinho de Terena" surprised us by the attention to detail, unusual in a public accommodation of ABnB. Only the stay at the Cantinho and enjoy its tranquility and decor deserves to stop by, deviate from the As , IPs and Ns. It is not easy to ensure that it is going back to any place, but if I return to the Alentejo or Algarve, I will try to match my trip with a stop at the Cantinho

Great stay at Luis's place, everything was perfect. The house is absolutely charming, typical and located in the beautiful little village of the potters Sao Pedro Do Corval. Delicate attention from Luis upon arrival. I recommend it 100%.

This is a great place to stay - it is close to the center of Redondo but quiet and cozy. Everything was in good shape, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again with no hesitation!

The village is beautiful and charming. The house is small but with everything you need, clean and tidy. The location and the patio with those views is wonderful. And the host was very friendly and helpful at all times. We'll be back. Just one tip, that little house needs a fireplace 😋

We had a great stay. António's place was very nice and very quiet.

Nice little place. We loved the fireplace, quite cost. However the kitchen is extremely small and not suitable for cooking. Carla, the lady that is looking after the place was so kind and responsive. The bread delivery in the morning is so nice! Overall happy for the experience- great for a group to rent the whole village

The week of vacation at the neighbors' home was great. The house is designed to protect itself from the heat, it has two suites that stay cool. The living room and kitchen have air conditioning. In the background, a garden and a covered patio for lunch, dinner or see the stars. The decoration has some beautiful details such as the headboards of the bed or the furniture of the toilet. It is 25 min from several beaches. Because of its stillness, beauty and space to be in communion with nature, we highlight the beach of Amieira. It has an unspoken part where our Labrador dogs were always happy, almost always swimming. And the owners too! 😊 Thank you, Luís and family, once again we set off for Porto with Alentejo no🩵.

The house is very well situated, close to Monsaraz, the beach and the Nautical Centre, and with good restaurants nearby. António and Ana were always very friendly and quick to answer the questions asked. The house has everything necessary and is quite spacious, when I have the opportunity to return.
