Casa com vista panorâmica no centro histórico de Évora Fragoso é uma casa familiar, simpática e acolhedora, com vista panorâmica, situada em pleno centro histórico de Évora, a cinco minutos do famoso Templo de Diana – o único templo romano na Peninsula Ibérica – assim como da catedral e outros monumentos de interesse. Casa centenária, completamente restaurada com o conforto da vida moderna. No rés-do-chão encontra-se a cozinha-sala de estar equipada com fogão, micro-ondas e máquinas de lavar loiça e roupa. As paredes grossas permitem uma frescura natural em dias de calor. Enquanto que nos dias mais frescos a salamandra aquece a casa dando-lhe um ambiente caloroso e de bem estar. No segundo andar ficam dois quartos independentes, um equipado com duas camas e o outro mobilado com cama de casal arte nova. Este quarto tem uma vista panorâmica para a catedral e para o templo de Diana. Do terraço poderá usufruir de uma vista ainda mais abrangente sobre a cidade. A casa de banho tem duche, WC independente e lavatório. Toalhas e lençóis são colocados à disposição. Há estacionamento pago (excepto domingos e feriados) a 30 metros de casa. A 200 metros poderá estacionar o seu carro gratuitamente.

A casa é rústica, típica alentejana com paredes grossas. Está mobilada com móveis de família. Tem 1 quarto de pé direito alto e uma pequena mezzanine com duas camas individuais. Em baixo duas camas de solteiro. Bom para um casal com filhos ou 4 amigos. Janela "velux" no tecto com rede mosquiteira . Sala pequena, acolhedora com lareira. Wi-Fi, televisão de ecrã plano, canais MEO. Jardim , mesas e cadeiras de jardim e grelhador para fazer um churrasco. Boa piscina.

Casa do Beco do Beiçudo in the center of Évora

House located in the historic center of Évora, on a quiet street where you can park. All the rooms are large and bright. The house is old and has unique details, and has been recently restored. All rooms have air conditioning, television, wardrobe and sofas. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom with shower and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.

Sao Cristovao Apartment 1 - old town

The apartment has 2 rooms, one mezzanine, and a sofa-bed in living room (max 6 people). It is fully equipped, with complete kitchen and Air Conditioning (for winter and summer time). It is an old traditional house, recently renovated, very comfortable. There is public parking (paid, 50m away and free, a 5-minute walk away).There is another apartment, Sao Cristovao 2, next door, for 5 people.
