Outside, there is a large swimming pool measuring 50 square meters, sun loungers and beds under a 40-square-meter pergola. Also outside are 2 lawn areas and a 100-square-meter shed.

Estudio do OC makes part of a Main villa that became an important reference point for contemporary architecture in Alentejo. The studio interiors were decorated with TLC by us. Its located in the middle of the nature, cheeps and cows, 2h away from Lisbon or Faro airport. You need a car to get to the property, normally you can reach the property the same day you land in Lisbon.

Our place was completely renovated a few years ago, joining traditional and modern architecture, and local construction methods with contemporary innovation and design. It is an open space with a mezzanine — where the bedroom is located. The house has a small inner patio and a balcony upstairs, with views to the castle wall. Évora, Estremoz, Monsaraz, Vila Viçosa and the gorgeous Serra d'Ossa are a small drive away.

Enjoy our beautiful cottage on a cork forest farm, with a pool and fireplace and the opportunity for lovely walks and close to numerous places to explore. The cottage is 2 km from the main road on good gravel track, plus additional 400m on dirt track. Fine for normal car, but car should not be too low. Lovely views. Ideal for walking, cycling, birdwatching or exploring local castle towns.
