It is an excellent starting point for those who wish to explore the region, its gastronomy, and some of the main Alentejo wine estates. Featuring a terrace overlooking Monsaraz, an ideal place for a drink at the end of the afternoon. It is about 4 km from the Monsaraz river beach, 4 km from Monsaraz, close to numerous restaurants and megalithic monuments, which you can enjoy through the "Rota dos Avós" (Ancestors Route) circuit.

Castelo Mezzanine

Our place was completely renovated a few years ago, joining traditional and modern architecture, and local construction methods with contemporary innovation and design. It is an open space with a mezzanine — where the bedroom is located. The house has a small inner patio and a balcony upstairs, with views to the castle wall. Évora, Estremoz, Monsaraz, Vila Viçosa and the gorgeous Serra d'Ossa are a small drive away.

Enjoy our beautiful cottage on a cork forest farm, with a pool and fireplace and the opportunity for lovely walks and close to numerous places to explore. The cottage is 2 km from the main road on good gravel track, plus additional 400m on dirt track. Fine for normal car, but car should not be too low. Lovely views. Ideal for walking, cycling, birdwatching or exploring local castle towns.
