Great space for a lovely trip to the Bay Area! Located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood of Alameda. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

Our home is 2 blocks from downtown Park Street, where there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute walk from the beach for playtime and sunsets. This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night. Close to restaurants and city but away from noise and crowds. Three sun filled rooms made from a 19th century train station which is set above a garden filled with fruit trees. Walk out the door to the beach, a nature preserve, restaurants, shops and coffee houses. All within .02 miles. Or, take the bus or boat to downtown San Francisco (25 minutes) Charming. Safe. Ikea free, mostly.
