Hike through 11 + acres of woods on property. Kayaking, trails, farm to table restaurants, breweries, farms and concert/event venues nearby.

Promotions and events can be found on our website. TerraStay Farm offers sunrise-facing cottages in Saxapahaw within walking distance of the Haw River and all of Saxpahaw. The cottage is furnished with a queen bed with comfy linens (680-800 thread count), handmade furnishings, hickory hardwoods, a table for 4, a loveseat, a coffee table, and a kitchenette. French press & fresh coffee is provided. We are permitted up to four guests. There are up to 2 rollaway twins available upon request, FCFS.

The Dolly

The Dolly is a tiny house nestled in our Alamance County farm's wooded area. Just 15 minutes from the bustling village of Saxapahaw, the Dolly offers a bit of everything. Romp our woods, cuddle goats and donkeys, cast a fishing line or warm by a fire pit. Adventurers can bike Snow Camp's rural roads or drop kayaks in nearby Haw River. A wood burning stove keeps the Dolly cozy during winter stays; the cedar insulated walls (and AC) keep the house cool in the summer. Unplug and unwind with us.

Private 1 bed/1 bath guest room conveniently located 10 minutes from Graham, Saxapahaw & Mebane & 30 minutes from Greensboro, Durham & Chapel Hill. Situated at Cranmore Meadows Tiny House Community, guests will also have access to a community kitchen & washer/dryer close by. Enjoy nature on our large deck with ample patio furniture and a jacuzzi. Our 30 acre property has trails through the meadows, a pond, and creek and is a perfect view into tiny living! Whether you are coming in for a short stay or a longer need, the full kitchen, family-room (with fireplace), and covered patio can fulfill your needs. And for some fun - there is a pool table & dart board!

The Studio at Benzai Bloomstead

32 beautiful acres near Saxapahaw. Home to two creeks and watched over by generations-old, native, deciduous trees. Enjoy grand vistas and open pasture, or find a secret and special spot for yourself in the woods along the creek. There is an active community of people who come around to tend to the land. The hosts live in a separate residence near the studio. 8 min to Saxapahaw, 28 to Chapel Hill, 42 to Greensboro & 44 to Durham.

Sit under the huge oak tree outside your porch, nap or daydream in the hammock, watch the sunset over the fields and the stars come out, tell stories around the fire pit.
