Holiday rentals with a pool in Alamance County

We stayed here during our kids track meet. It was wonderful!!! The house was clean, felt homie, and had everything we needed. It had beautiful surroundings, quite private pool and my kids really enjoyed fishing in the pond! Ryan was very friendly. He answered all our questions ahead of time and gave great suggestions during our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to town!!

This is the perfect condo in the perfect location. Just off Franklin Street, close to Whole Foods, cute restaurants, UNC campus, hospital, and an easy drive to Durham and RTP. Ken was a great host. The condo is just the right size, and we felt right at home. It was a rainy weekend, so we didn't get to take advantage of the other complex amenities, but the condo is a stone's throw from the pool, tennis court and walking trail. Would absolutely stay there again.

First off, this home is MUCH larger than expected. Kind of an odd layout but made for some funny times when family members literally got lost trying to get back to their bedrooms :) Carissa was super responsive and answered every question we had in a friendly and timely manner. A+++ Bummer the pool was inaccessible but the constant rain had messed with the levels. No one's fault and Carissa let us know prior to departure. Gave checkin 4/5 only because a TV was left on with no lights in the front room giving the impression someone was inside when we were looking to check in after a later than expected arrival and that kind of freaked us out.

Great house not far from all the hot spots in Chapel Hill, safe neighborhood, comfortable beds, plenty of room and parking

One of the best AirBnb's we've stayed in! The house was very clean, modern and well-furnished, but with no clutter (this isn't someone's regular home) and Nicole has thought of all of the amenities that you might find in a hotel (extra toothbrushes/razors, band aides, etc.). We and our two kids were very comfortable and it was a perfect home-base for our trip to Chapel Hill.

Tenesha’s place was great for myself and my co-workers even though we didn’t spend much time in the house. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy and the entire home was welcoming and clean. Tanesha was a responsive and gracious host and went above and beyond to check in to make sure we didn’t have questions. Also appreciated the minimal check out requirements for this location.

Was clean and comfortable, felt right at home. Jalisa was kind and quick to respond.

We had an awesome time at Marks Place. This is our first time to visit Hyco lake and can’t wait to return. This house is absolutely stunning and so comfortable. Most of our family never left the house for the entire week. The lake and pool was beautiful. We could not believe how peaceful the location is and the surrounding areas. We were the only people in our cove for the entire week. We can’t wait to rent this place again, thanks for sharing your home with us

Jennifer responded quickly and adequately to our concerns. Good location, with supermarket right across the street and Whole foods and Trader Joe's just a few minutes away.

Door lock needed new batteries and Shannel responded and addressed the problem right away. Apartment is spacious but Spartanly decorated.

Adorable! Such a cool place, so much detail and care in the design. Even the doorknobs are cool! Great location! Tara is super communicative and friendly and was really proactive about getting us instructions etc. had a lovely stay, thank you!! Also the toilet seat is heated which blew my mind. 10/10

Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.
