Sea and nature vacation home

Your satisfaction is my priority in the holiday house, where you can access the azure sea within 5 minutes walking distance, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees. There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

Incredible SEA view, our PRIVATE POOL VILLA, ONLY FOR YOU, is completely independent, detached, not in the site!! It is quiet, peaceful, very safe. You will love it, you can burn your barbecue very comfortably. The items are new and in the luxury group. 2.5 km to Ilica beach, 4 minutes by car. 3.5 km to Alacati, 5 minutes by car. Cesme marina, Migros, bus station are 2 minutes away. It has a private garage. The location is painted. 800 m to the sea. The POOL is in use in summer and winter, there is Netflix, the photos are up to date

In the dalyan yacht of Çeşme, 4 rooms with sea views, in a super location, panoramic sea and marina views are unique, where you can feel the magnificent coolness on the hottest days, completely renovated with furniture,all rooms are spacious with a balcony, 3 double 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms and toilets are brand new, the view is cool, be our guest if you like quality and enjoyment, the rooms have air conditioning, there is a fireplace for winter, the walls are insulated, it is cool in the warm summer in winter.

Luxury Vacation Seaside Villa with 100% Privacy

Our villa that is 200m walking distance from the sea and very close to Cesme center and the marina, is waiting for you in an immaculate way. Easy access everywhere due to its location yet peaceful. Our villa, having 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. 4 rooms have A/C and basement room is naturally super chill since it is underground level. Great view of sea and green, pleasant garden use, a large pool, gym, play area, an open kitchen in the garden with BBQ and all needed equipments.

In Cesme Sifne, our villa is very close to the sea Ilica is only 5-10 minutes by car Alacati is only 10-15 minutes by car Cesme Marina is only 20-25 minutes away by car Monarch Beach Club is only 5 minutes away Quente Beach Club is only 7 minutes away Unique Ilica beach only 5-7 minutes away Living and dining area as well as a conservatory where you can open the glass doors. You will feel the privilege of being close to everywhere in this centrally located house. There is a beautiful, small beach where you can swim in the sea within 7 minutes walking distance. Migros, A101, File, Market are within 5 minutes' walking distance. There are also places where you can eat in that neighborhood. There is air conditioning, wifi, and hot water. Current Note: There is a shortage of water in the dams throughout Çeşme. Water outages may occur from 11 pm to 5 am.

Sunset No:23 Alaçati is one of the few ground-floor houses in Alaçati. Thanks to its special location, the house is like a real oasis: in the middle of the village and yet far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. As soon as you close the door behind you, peace, and idyll reign.
