Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

First of all, the house is in a position overlooking the bay. The house was very clean, our room had a large balcony with a great view. An ideal place to relax. Thanks again to Angelano, who works at Jason's place, for his help and hospitality.

We stayed as 2 families and 2 children, a great house to go as a family, the pool is clean, the house is clean, there are all the necessities. With a car that's close to everything, the only thing missing is the lack of internet in the house

We had a very pleasant holiday with 7 friends at Ms. Rengin's house in Reisdere. The house is exactly the same as in the image. The pool and multi-room are very suitable for large groups of friends and families. We never needed to leave the house and had a very pleasant time. A comfortable house that meets all your needs with a barbecue, coffee maker, sun loungers. We regretted not renting longer. It will be the first house that comes to our mind for our future vacations. Thank you to Ms. Rengin and her family for doing their work with care.

During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. We spent one of the most enjoyable holidays of our lives in this wonderful villa! 10 people stayed comfortably and everyone was very satisfied in terms of comfort. The villa was spotless, the beds were quite comfortable, and everything was thought out to the finest detail. The kitchen equipment was complete, the pool was well-maintained and we were able to sit and enjoy the garden for a long time. The location was also very good; it was both close to the central places and quiet and peaceful enough. The host was very caring and helpful, and responded quickly to all our questions. We would definitely like to come back again. Would recommend with peace of mind!

We had a wonderful day with Ms. Melis's perfect hosting, the cleanliness of the house, everything being attentive, thoughtful and in place. From the moment we first entered the house, we wanted to extend our holiday. Although I like to stay in new places during holidays, I definitely plan to come again. Meric is a WONDERFUL host. Incredibly responsive and so kind. We felt right at home with fresh baked goods, filtered water and hot tea waiting for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures. Very spacious and the pool was great. Literally across the street from the sea and a 2 minute walk to the Çiftlikköy beach. The house is located on a peaceful strip in the nearby town next to Çeşme. There is a local minibus that runs service every 30 mins for 35tl to take you to Çeşme. Local restaurants were great. We had recommendations from her assistant Ugur. Ugur was incredible- very kind man who help us organize taxis, drove us himself and helped with any concerns in the house. One comment- if you are planning to work remote contact Meric first to make sure internet speed has been addressed. This was one bump we had. However when I reached out to Meric she provided an alternative for our work needs with accommodation . Overall wonderful home with amazing host and assist

Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 minutes' walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, good price... and friendly owner. In conclusion, we highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. Françoise
