Ground floor apartment in a villa with a communal pool

Well-located area to get to know Alicante. 7 km from Alicante beach and 8.5 km from the beautiful San Juan beach. Bike path right outside the door and shopping area with restaurants and supermarkets 500 meters away. The property is a villa divided into 4 totally independent apartments, with their private access doors. Burbuja 1 is the main one, access is via the front stairs. Bubble 2, has access from the back and is on the same floor as Bubble 1. Burbuja 3 is semi-basement.
