Holiday rentals with beach access in Alacantí

we stayed here for 4 night's November 2024, great location between old and new town and only a few seconds walk to the beach. the host was very responsive and because we had a early morning flight she let us check in earlier than arranged.. check in instructions where simple to follow due to the short video you receive. this is the 3rd airbnb I've stayed in this year in benidorm and it was certainly the nicest and will definitely stay here again. kitchen is a bit small but that didn't bother us because we had no intention of cooking whilst on holiday anyway. overall great location great apartment and very helpful host.

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

Very nice place. The apartment is of a newer date and very high standard. Only thing that can do better was that the beds were very hard, but we survived. The location was phenomenal with 20 meters to the beach and walking distance to everything you need as well as the old town. Lovely heated pool and great pool area with bar serving quality beer and spirits.

Very comfortable apartment, in a great location, 4th floor will great lift to get there, very clean with everything you need, easy check in 4hrs early!!, Jon meet us outside apartment , great shower, comfortable beds & air-conditioning.. Will definitely revisit.

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. He is very friendly and available. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and with a shared pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation. For more logistical ease, it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

I have to say praise on Delores and her husband. The house looks cozy and is clean! There is a dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen TV two lovely sofas. Nice beds and a shaded terrace. Wonderful for hot summer days. There are 2 bedrooms, and a new renovated bathroom. It's a cozy place in La Marina Robello. near Camping La marina. During our stay, we were bothered by a blackout. Delores and her husband took the trouble to look us up and ask if they could do anything for us, while they couldn't do anything about it themselves. That's great. I definitely want to come here again.

Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

We had a fantastic week at Maria's apartment. The location is unbeatable: in a quiet area, perfect for rest, and only 50 meters from the beach, literally four steps away. In addition, the promenade that surrounds it is huge and beautiful, ideal for long walks. The area is very accessible and comfortable to get around. The apartment was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, with all kinds of appliances and amenities. The hosts were lovely and always attentive to any need. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will repeat. Totally recommendable!

A nice, peaceful location to stay. Large house located in a secure gated community. There were 9 of us and we all had a great time. Very responsive host who was there to assist if we had any questions or queries. He stayed up late and provide us with a detailed check- in at 11pm due to issues with our inbound flight. I would definitely recommended the property and I will be sure to stay there again during my next visit to Alicante

Angieszka was a fantasic host who responded to emails almost immediately and was VERY helpful by giving clear check-in instructions and recommendations for the area. The house itself couldn't be more perfect, I didn't want to leave at the end of my stay! The house is about a 90 second walk to the beach, two minutes to the main road that takes you to many of the local businesses. The supermarket was walkable (about ten minutes) and the are many stores along the way that you can use to purchase just about anything you'd need for your stay. Upon check-in, the house was in immaculate condition, wifi worked well, LOVED the rooftop area and the smaller balconies as well. The surrounding neighborhood was SO quiet, clean and safe, I LOVED just walking around the streets of the old town, always felt safe, couldn't get enough of the small, winding streets. I would definitely stay here again and can't recommend Angieszka's place, she's a great host, 10/10!!

An apartment with everything you need. Only by wearing enough clothes 👍🏽 It's a perfect location, the apartment is so complete, it's not missing the slightest detail! I repeat for sure! Eduardo is very kind and attentive!! Impeccable cleaning!

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay here! we had a 3 and 6 year old and there was so much space for them in the apartment. All amenities were available. The location is fantastic, on the beach in less than 30 seconds. It was the cleanest beach we've ever seen with lovely wooden play areas dotted all the way along which our kids loved. Plenty of eating options too, and the place directly opposite, although not 'fancy' was so cheap and easy for breakfast drinks and snacks and was always lively. We got 2 buses from the airport which was so easy even with 2 kids 2 cases and a buggy. we also got the bust to Alicante Town in the evenings which was very easy and cheap. Alicante old town is lovely, so much culture and a lot to see. Highly recommend the castle as well. We had a few issues during our stay (not to do with the apartment) and Hagen was so easy to contact and helped us immediately which we are very greatful for. Would recommend to anyone!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

The apartment was spacious , clean with lovely bedding and towels and it has the most amazing view. A very nice welcome package of water , teas coffees etc was appreciated as was the provision of cleaning items . Lovely to have shower gel, shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. Hosts were quick to respond to any queries . A 5 out of 5 experience 👌🏻
