A little gem with private pool near Benidorm

We are a couple from Newquay and the Wirral in the UK. We´ve lived in this area for over 15 years. Our studio is ideal for travellers who are flying into Alicante airport. Set in a lovely peaceful residential area with views of the sea and mountain. There are lots of squirrels and cats in the neighbourhood. The location is ideal if you are after a relaxing break, near the hustle of Benidorm, with knowledgeable English (and Spanish speaking) hosts that can cater for all your needs.

The Bed & Breakfast “Las Mariposas” (the butterflies) is synonymous with peace and tranquility. Guests stay to explore the region or as a stop-over for their travels. Guests interested in the Yoga and Wellness package can choose 3 to 7-day programs of daily Yoga sessions and it includes a 30-minute Ayurvedic massage (one free massage per room per stay) in the peaceful garden. It is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from bars and restaurants and 7 minutes by car from the beach.

The accommodation, shared in the common areas with me, has such a special energy that as soon as you enter you will feel that peace and joy. You will enjoy a private room and bathroom. The terrace, living room, and kitchen are shared with me and eventually with a daughter or friend who comes to visit. Its location and views are a real privilege. You can walk all over downtown Alicante and enjoy its magnificent offerings. We also have bus and tram stops within a 5-minute walk.

Twin room with balcony

Located on the first floor, this room is ideal for couples. The double doors open out onto the balcony and views of the street. The room features a large wardrobe, bedside tables hand-made from the farm's almond trees, and in the bathroom the washbasin surface is made from a Cypress wood blown down during storm Gloria in 2018. This room is wheelchair accesible and is equipped with wide doors and floor-level shower, there is a lift to access the first floor.

Single Room with Private Bathroom, no Tv

Located on the ground floor and adjoining the lounge area, this room is ideal for single travelers. This is the only room that has the original doors made from mobila pine, the rest of the doors were burned by refugees sheltering during the civil war. The room features a large wardrobe, a bedside table hand made from almond wood from the family's farm, and in the bathroom surface is made from Cypress wood that blew down during storm Gloria in 2018.

You can enjoy the living room, kitchen, terraces, pool and jacuzzi (1 session per day). I do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible
