Cris and Chemz were very helpful and awesome hosts. Every question and need for assistance that I had was addressed without me having to wait. They made our stay super convenient and easy. Plus the place was set up in a very modern way, my kids loved it!

This is our second time with Miguel’s and like the first my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In fact we’re already making plans to get the same place next time we’re back. Can’t even imagine going anywhere else.

The host was very accommodating. The check-in was very smooth. The place is great for events since it is near Filinvest and other malls. The host was also helpful. I left my ID Card in the building and he insisted to drop by my office to return it. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good value for money and great location. What I really love is it really has Everything you need... Kitchen utensils, even coffee, complete toiletries, towels and blankets. All those extra that means the host is so thoughtful to think of even the smallest things. You just need to bring clothes and food. A big plus also is the air-conditioned ground floor to make it a really comfortable stay.

It's was great staying at this place! Very quite good for reviewing (I booked this so I could review for my Law School Entrance Exam). However, the parking is kinda far like a 5-minute walk to building's entrance. But all in all, it was a nice experience :)

This is the 3rd time booking with Sherlaine. But this time, I actually was able to stay as prior times it was for relatives. The 2 bedrooms come with an a/c unit along with portable fans if someone does not want to use an a/c. The living area also has an a/c unit to keep the rest of the area cool. The kitchen is a decent size along with a gas stove and fridge. The bonus for renting her place is that it comes with a parking spot. This was something we needed as a relative would be staying with us to drive us around. There is additional parking for a fee as well.

The place is tidy, complete appliances especially kitchen stuff. It is very great because the bedroom is separated from the kitchen and living room. Very relaxing as well and the host and co-host are responsive they proactively asking if we need some assistance. 10/10 and I would recommend the place, we’ll definitely book a staycation here again in the future. Kudos to the host and co-host💗

The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

This place is 10/10. Extremely clean Location is right across Greenbelt The building def feels very safe, securities were very vigiland who comes in and out of the building. The bed is very comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped. Jules is very responsive whenever help is needed. Highly recommended if you’re in Manila.

Aside from the location (real easy access, close to everything), the space is super pet-friendly. 🥹 no exposed cables, no small spaces to crawl into, and place was real minimalist and clean. recommended!!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh, fragrant scent of the bedsheets and towels. I also loved that Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video were all available and premium, which made relaxing even better. Overall, it was definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! I'll definitely come back again.

Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location. I highly recommend this place. The airbnb hosts were also quick to respond for guest checkins as well as any concerns you have. Overall great place. Highly recommend.
