Located towards Kikut - 900 meters above sea level, only 3 km from Geilo city centre, in an attractive residential area south of Geilo city centre. In the spring of 2025, this apartment has received a comprehensive upgrade with a completely new tiled bathroom and a new kitchen. The floors in the living room have been fitted with heating cables. The area offers various activities for all age groups, summer and winter. Ski in/out at the cross-country ski trails. Short distance to hiking trails, cycling and fishing experiences, disc golf, swimming. Nice patio with possibilities for fireplace and charcoal grill.

Fjellgla tree house

Here you have the opportunity to stay in the top of the trees and enjoy the forest's tranquility and wildlife. Here you can meet bird life and squirrels, and there are good opportunities to spot deer and moose. During the summer months there are alpacas and graze around the treehouse. The cabin is 30 sqm. with a double bedroom and two double beds in the loft. It has electricity, hot and cold water, bathroom with toilet and kitchen (Note: No shower). There is a terrace around the entire tree top cabin. There is a fire pan in the outdoor area by the cabin.

Unique & idyllic cabin on high mountain. The cottage is located about 1000 m above sea level with stunning views of the mountain world. Modernly furnished with all amenities such as shower, floor heating, fireplace and large panoramic windows. Great hiking terrain at your doorstep both winter and summer time. Bathing area can also be found close to the cabin. Car road all the way to the cabin during summer time. In winter time it is about 3 km from parking to the cabin. Stylish and cozy funkish cottage built in 2019. The cottage is located right by the Hallingdalselva river,just 2 km from the center of Ål. High and low climbing park is only 300m away, and about 500m away is Strandafjorden swimming area! Ål ski center is 8 km and to Geilo only 23 km. Hemsedal ski center is 56 km from the cabin. Hardangervidda about 35 km. On the mountains around, you can pick and choose from amazing ski slopes in winter and walking paths in the summer! The activity opportunities are just as good both winter and summer!

Unique and comfortable stay with new views

Our newly built "sleeping box" is teikna and built by the inexpensive architects in OPAFORM, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and stands on the 2nd floor in a empty grain barn from 1850 with airy views of Strandavatnet. The box has a 1.80 double bed, but it can put in an extra mattress or cot if needed. In the barn that is located in the building next door, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet have been built. We offer a large double bed (king size). In addition, we can provide an extra bed and/or cot if required.

Cabin in the mountain village of Vats, Ål in Hallingdal

Cabin at 800 meters above sea level in the mountain village of Vats, Ål municipality. Great views over the village and mountains. Hiking and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, bicycle and hiking trails. It is just 6 km up to the high mountains in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located on its own and there is a road all the way to it. If you enjoy quiet and scenic surroundings, it is worth taking the trip here.

Our appartment is quite central with easy access to many of Geilos activities and the surounding nature. The apartment is very modern and self contained. It takes 10-15 min to walk to the town center, Train and Bus Station. Only 150 m walk you find the Ski bus stop, Bakery, Swimming pool, Bar and the locals favourite restaurant Sofia's. 10 min walk to Slaata heisen and the ski area Slaata. We wish you a great stay! Great cabin centrally located in Hallingdal

Our cabin was renovated and rebuilt in the fall of 2022 and we could warmly welcome you and your travel companions! The cabin contains three bedrooms with double beds in addition to the loft/loft with double sofa bed. Large bathroom with washer/dryer and well equipped Kitchen. In the loft there is a TV that is connected to broadband, so you can stream what you want to see. Large porch with outdoor furniture and fire pit. Possibility to charge EV.
