El lugar nos pareció increíble desde que llegamos, la atención del anfitrión siempre fue excelente, clara y con recomendaciones, nos ayudó en todo momento, y la casa súper cómoda, las almohadas y colchones eran perfectos para descansar luego de un día largo de tour, recomendados 100%

El departamento es muy amplió, las fotos no describen bien las proporciones ya que es más grande de lo que se aprecia, las camas son matrimoniales y muy cómodos los colchones. Hay un axxo muy cerca y la principal está a un par de calles, pasan constantemente taxis. Esta a unos 10 minutos de playa del Carmen centro (Chedraui). hay playas muy bonitas cerca, recomiendo la playa 88. En gral todo bien, tanto Cristián como la. señora Lulu estuvieron al pendiente y fueron amables con algunas dudas que tuve. Recomiendo mucho su estancia. Gracias.

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

This place is a hidden gem! We loved that it wasn't right in the city center, but a very easy taxi ride or drive to it, giving us the privacy we wanted but the action when we wanted. The pool is clean and beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked and came with surprise fresh fruits for us, and Ana was exceptionally helpful throughout. All in all a fantastic stay and wish we could've stayed longer!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison de Francesca est parfaite ! bien équipée, sécurisée, en face de la piscine et bien placée pour partir visiter les sites alentours. Les personnes qui surveillent l'accès à la résidence sont très agréables et serviables. Francesca, malgré son absence physique, était toujours disponible et de bons conseils. si nous devons revenir dans ce coin, nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Francesca ☺️ Logement que nous recommandons fortement.

Rachel‘s team was amazing and very responsive and helpful! The options that they offer for “concierge services“ are unmatched and better than any Airbnb I’ve everstayed at. It was a short stay, but I absolutely loved the home! It was a peaceful and private oasis… I especially loved the rooftop area. The set up is amazing and I loved sitting up there, just relaxing under the covered area with an amazing view of the jungle just listening to the birds and enjoying the jungle views. The house is very private and I really appreciated that it is in a quiet area set away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum. I liked that it is in a gated community and it is very safe!! I’m really picky about beds and the king size bed was crazy comfortable, and the linens were wonderful! It was great having all the basics in the kitchen… That made my stay much easier! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Tulum… And I will be scheduling that massage that I missed out on this time! :-) thanks!!

Great location, easy to walk around. Stayed 6 nights and felt right at home. Amazing Private pool and shaded lounge area, had an incredible view of the sunset! May have been nice to know that the pool was missing a pane of glass, we had intending to use floaty in the pool but didn’t feel safe doing so, but with that being said it was amazing to have and great to spend time in. Communal pool was shared by 6 or 7 units, never busy and well maintained. Host was great, super responsive and VERY accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. AC in every room, in suite laundry was a huge bonus! Walking distance to PePe food truck, had incredible tacos for a great price. If you wanted something more upscale El Agavero had great food! OG for breakfast was awesome. Found that most of the best meals we had were closer to the Airbnb and not on the main (highway 307). Super cool area in general, C.7 Sur had great shops, food and bars. Always felt Safe walking around even at night.

We enjoyed our month long stay. We would come back again! The space was roomy, and bright. We made good use of the back yard to relax watch the nature, enjoy morning coffee. The AC, hot water in the shower, Internet all worked well. We appreciated the air fryer provided by the host as there is no oven allowing us more variety of meals that could be prepared. The induction took some getting used as the heat would fluctuate, overall it sufficed. The area is walkable with restaurants, grocery about a 10 min walk, beach about 15 min. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrella which was a thoughtful touch. Laurie& Manuel are very responsive & pleasant to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place to others. Awesome stay! Perfect location in La Veleta; two streets down from a lively street filled with cute restaurants, cafés and boutiques; 15-minute scooter ride to the beach (which is fun in and of itself!) The apartment was clean, spacious, cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Nice common area as well with the pool and gym. I highly recommend.

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Wij verbleven 9 dagen in de accomodatie van Michela en hebben hier een top tijd gehad. Om te beginnen kregen we supee duidelijke instructies met betrekking tot de aankomst en het binnenkomen, daarnaast we alles precies zoals beschreven en op de foto's! Het appartement ligt in een mooi luxe complex met veel voorzieningen. De kamer was top in orde en helemaal schoon! Uit eerdere reactie haalden wij dat we mogelijk hinder zouden hebben door geluid vanuit de straat, maar wij hebben hier geen hinder door gehad en heerlijk geslapen! Buiten dat het een top accomodatie is en alles top geregeld is, ligt het ook nog super centraal en kun je bijna alles te voet doen. Lang verhaal kort: Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad en wanneer wij contact zochten met Michela reageerde ze snel, 5 sterren! Wij zouden zeker terug komen!

This is a great little place to enjoy your time in Cozumel. Just outside the city in a quiet area but easy to get everywhere. I rented the scooter and do glad I did instead of a car or taxis. Alan the manager was super responsive and I arranged pickup from him at the dock which was super helpful to find the place and we even made a stop on the way. My goal was scuba diving at the local marina and this place was perfect! For my first trip to Cozumel, I wouldn’t have done anything different. Thank you!!

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds. We love the Palmar complex. This was our second time staying in the building and we felt right at home. Easy parking, friendly security staff, excellent beach bar and snorkeling right across the street. We dove two days and we were able to board our dive boat at Sunset Beach pier. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed here for a week with our teenagers for spring break. We had a blast! The location was perfect and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and 5th Ave. Easy taxi ride to several Cenotes. The house was the perfect size and the views beautiful! It is above a very busy and loud street and the late night bar goes are a bit loud. But it never bothered us and we just enjoyed the music each night. Would stay here again!! Highly recommend.

Sami was very responsive to questions and helped out with our groups stay. First time for some of us in the area so was nice to have the help.

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente. La ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y transporte, lo que hizo que moverme por la ciudad fuera muy cómodo. Las instalaciones son tal como se muestran en las fotos: modernas, bien equipadas y muy acogedoras, perfectas para descansar después de un día de actividades. Además, destaco la limpieza, impecable en cada rincón, lo que transmite una gran sensación de cuidado y confort. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y volvería a alojarme aquí.

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.
