We spent 5 days at Anna's in Playa del Carmen to close our Mexican roadtrip. Anna had everything ready for our arrival. She was great for our hospitality, answering our questions, and offering us activities. The apartment is great with its terrace, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The residence is an oasis in the city. We can do anything on foot. Highly recommend this apartment.

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

I had the perfect stay here! :) It was super clean and the apartment had everything one would need. Don't worry about missing your gym routine because the gym is great and the apartment is in a fantastic location in PDC. Walkable to everything you need. View is great from balcony. It is close to downtown and ferry. It is short Taxi ride to international cruise pier and you will be able to see Cruises docking in port next to apartment every other day too.

Everything is excellent, the apartment is beautiful with all the amenities, close to restaurants and very accessible. They were very attentive to what I needed.

The condo is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The modern decor, cozy furnishings, and little details made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable—nestled in a peaceful setting yet close enough to easily access all the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Having beach club access was also a nice added bonus! We used it twice at La Zebra, and it was absolutely worth it. A quick heads-up—the road leading to the condo is currently undergoing some construction, so there are a few bumps and potholes along the way. It’s nothing major, but I’d recommend renting an SUV for a smoother ride. The drive is still easy and totally worth it though! The host was incredibly responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but this one truly did.

Excellent location, good communication from the host, Edson and his dad were awaiting our arrival. The house was tidy and clean when we arrived, the pool is clean. This is a good option to stay at Playa del Carmen.

Julio was such a great host. Incredibly responsive and friendly. The location is amazing, it’s very private and peaceful. The unit itself is a little rustic but that doesn’t matter when you have a private beach and cenote to visit all on site.

Everything as expected. Clean. There's street parking (free) right in front of the apartment. Check in was easy, Josue was waiting for me when I arrived.

Beautiful place and great, responsive hosts who were willing to accommodate us quickly and efficiently. Quite a walking distance from Quinta but safe area to stay and they do provide a lot of instructions on the best ways to navigate your surroundings. Definitely worth every penny and is a peaceful place for rest and relaxation.

I had an excellent stay -thanks Valentina! All the amenities were as advertised. I would happily return. A tip if you are a light sleeper, pack good ear plugs- the local dogs can get a bit noisy in the morning! The people and shopkeepers in the neighbourhood are very polite and friendly. Your “ por favor” and “ gracias” always are appreciated. I would advise unless you rent a car or like to walk 15-20 minutes to centro,a heads up the sidewalks can be uneven and if you’re not careful can be tricky to navigate- get the whattsapp number for local taxi or moto taxi (tuk tuk - scooter taxi) driver for trips to the supermarket or restaurants in the centro. I highly recommend Guido’s for excellent upscale Italian food and Casa Mission for traditional Mexican food in an old colonial home surrounded by beautiful gardens. Many excellent neighbourhood restaurants. Sundays are best for exploring the Centro as there are no cruise ships .It’s a stunningly beautiful island with many unique areas .

Good location, close to 5th avenue and main avenues. The apartment has everything you need for your stay if you require cooking. Ricardo was attentive to any questions or comments from us. Easy access and safe place, since we were bringing a car and we had no problems. I recommend staying with them.

Our family of six - including a 5, 12, and 15 year old - had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of space for all of us and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved having a wading pool outside our patio for our little one to play in. The pool area in the courtyard was huge and was never crowded. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The two restaurants on site were convenient and great tasting entrees for adults and kids. This place is a bit removed from downtown. It cost $600 pesos for a taxi to seat six people - make sure to bring pesos. If you pay with USD - price was $42 (even though exchange rate is $30). The resort is quiet and we felt very safe within it. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend!!

Thanks you Kris! Had a good time overall. Upstairs couple would argue all day, that’s unfortunate but your place was very welcoming and felt like home.

Great place and location

Hotel Babel was absolutely beautiful. Fair warning, the location is not great if you do not have some kind of rental car or reliable transportation, there isn't any walking infrastructure and it's on the rough side of town... Overall, they were very proactive in communication, even when our plunge pool needed repairs.

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.

it is an excellent place to be quiet and away from the noise, but I recommend that you consider having a car to visit it, paying for transport maybe going out expensive great stay!!
