Love this cottage! Will definitely be back!!!

Spent two nights here to do Berlin and Holmes county. This is a great place for 2 adults that was modern, clean and spacious. In walking distance to most shops in Berlin and in a great, quiet location. Parking was right at the front door and easy to load and unload. The 2 locally made rolls were delicious! Highly recommend this place and look forward staying here again.

Woodland Cottage was a real treat to visit! It is located amongst rolling hills and peaceful farmland. The location is very private and quiet. The cottage was clean, accommodating, and decorated with a cozy feel. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, butter, and coffee creamer. The host gifted us delicious cinnamon rolls and fresh bread. We loved seeing the goats down the path and listening to all the nature sounds. The cottage is a short drive to Amish shops and a few restaurants that we had fun visiting. We will definitely be booking this Airbnb again soon!

The locations is absolutely gorgeous and perfect distance from one of the major Mohican tourist strips. Beautiful surroundings in a fantastic home.

The little cottage was perfect for a Christmas getaway. Quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. The fireplace adds so much to the space and really ties it together. We would happily book again.

Loved this house, so close to town yet out in the country surround by fields and horses. Great communication. Will stay again.

House was clean and cozy. The backyard was beautiful with nice grassy area for dog. I stayed M-Th so the bar next door was not busy or noisy. Internet is fast. I had to work a couple days with no issues. Friendly people and good food for small town. Had oysters from Noosa Bistro and coffee from Julbeans. Walked to the Fairport Harbor Lakefront Park everyday. Walked my dog to Veterans Memorial Park. Visited Headland Dunes State Nature Preserve.

Cool cottage right on Vermillion River. Loved the kayaks and the unique cottage. Make note of check-in and check-out times for trip planning. They are a bit later/earlier than standard. Terrific stay with long time friends

The place was beautiful and we love that you can bring the dogs. There were many places to hang out at this home. There was lounge chairs and a picnic table at the dock, great comfortable chairs around the fire pit, large table and chairs on back deck, and the breezeway had a bench. There was also plenty of room to park both our 22 ft boat trailer and Jeep. My husband loved that we could bring the boat and thus he fished everyday. You are close to the fire station so when there is an emergency you will hear the alarms. It really didn’t bother us since the air conditioning units provided white noice. All the neighbors were super friendly just note that the one neighbor has a dog so if your dog/dogs are on the back deck, and their dog is on the back deck, they will definitely see each other. All and all this is a super cute cottage and the host was amazing.

We had a great time. Lots to do in Amish country. House was close to restaurants and Amish theater. Nice size table for playing card games.

This was honestly one of the nicest Airbnb properties that I have ever stayed in. It was identical to what was pictured and included so many extras. The decorating and cleanliness was TOP NOTCH! I hope to visit Avon Lake again and will 100% stay in this property assuming it is available. It is a hidden gem and so thankful to both Hans and Penny! They were absolutely amazing hosts!!!

Stone Cottage Inn exceeded our expectations!!! The home is beautifully decorated and bursting with historic charm. Every possible need was thought of and provided to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. We would give our stay a 10/10!! Next door is a great little coffee shop and cafe. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for creating such a beautiful place for us to stay.

We love Molly’s little cottage on their wonderful farm. It is so peaceful and the surrounding area is so beautiful and private. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a more well equipped kitchen….anything you could possibly need is provided! The hosts are so friendly and responsive, while also completely respecting your privacy. We definitely hope to stay again in the future. Truly one of our favorite airbnbs! =)

Enjoyed our stay, felt bigger than anticipated and easily accomodated our group of 12. The seperate sleeping areas were great. Outside area was good for the kids to run around and nice quiet area to walk. Kids did love the pool table.

My wife and I plan to book a long weekend this summer bring the Kayaks and check out the gorgeous lake.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient and everything was just as described. The host was so kind and made us feel welcome, always available if we needed anything but never intrusive. It really helped make the weekend stress free. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone planning a trip.

Cozy cottage with ample space in a really peaceful location. Nice neighborhood to walk around with the lake nearby (and a really nice playground/picnic space). The kitchen had everything I needed, the two separate living room spaces provided a lot of variety, and the two bedrooms were set up nicely. I didn't use the window AC units, but appreciated that they were available in each room.

We were in the area for a wedding and John’s place was the perfect place to relax. It’s charming and cozy and we loved being able to get out on the water. Leesville Lake really is a hidden gem. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

This cozy cottage has a perfect location! Walking distance to everything on Main Street Berlin. Clean and welcoming. The sauna was an added luxurious amenity!

Would certainly recommend this place. Linda was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Comfortable home that was well equipped. Garage use was nice but button to operate door was inside only. The view from inside the house on a cold day was still worthwhile, and certainly appreciated the gas fire pit outside. Would stay again!

Truly a serene setting. Cozy and peaceful. Greeted by the most amazing muffins and host was so kind and helpful. Was here for only a few hours since in town just for an evening for a wedding and we wished we could have stayed a few more days to actually enjoy the land

Maja and Dwayne are incredible hosts! They are very communicative and helpful with their instructions and planning. They checked in on us and had wonderful suggestions for local things to do and places to go, generously taking us on a lake tour and introducing us to everyone to know and the marina. They live within walking distance if needed and are very caring hosts and people. I moved from the area 25 years ago and they (re)introduced me to more in a weekend than I remember from my childhood! The cottage is darling and my boys loved it. It is new construction, built into a wooded hillside with a peaceful view of the water. The beds are comfortable and everything was spotless. The big breakfast bar is a nice place to eat or play games. The driveway is best for 4WD as they recommend. I appreciated the little touches of condiments in the fridge so you don’t have to overbuy for a weekend, and the amenities in the bathroom in case you forgot anything. We hope to return soon!
