To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

THE BATHROOM IS SEPARATE AND LOCATED IN THE MAIN HOUSE 90 METRES ABOVE. THERE IS NO WATER SUPPLY, BUT A FULL WATER JUG IS PROVIDED UPON ARRIVAL. IF NEEDED, REFILL IN THE TAP BY THE GUEST BATH. FISHING RIGHT & POSSIBILITY TO RENT A BOAT BY AGREEMENT. SUN FROM MORNING TO EVENING, WHEN IT ARRIVES. THERE IS ONLY CERAMIC COOKTOP IN THE CABIN.

Pannehuset and Birkenhytta

As you can see the pichtures show you two cabins, built together. The new cabin have two bedrooms, bath and a smal kitchen. Separate toilet. The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.

At the top of the cabin field is also a swimming pond with beach and fire pit. At 5km you will find a supermarket and the beautiful sandy beach on the north side of Storsjøen, Sana.
