The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nice hiking terrain . Exploring oneself and nature 💚

If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. If your aim is to relax, then just light one of the fireplaces inside or outside and enjoy the changing landscape. Welcome!

Relax, rejuvenate and unplug in this Birdbox at Tokke, Telemark. Feel close to nature in ultimate comfort. Enjoy the view of the lake in the wild forest around Aamlivann. Feel the true Norwegian countryside calmness of birds chirping, Wild animals, and trees in the wind. Explore the countryside area, Take a trip down to Dalen and see the fairytalehotell or take a trip with the veteran ship in Telemarkskanalen. Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

The apartment is high standard and all you need to stay either a day or a week. The apartment is located 2 min by car from e18 and 4 min from the city center, but in a very quiet residential area with only a few houses. Velkommen til vårt sjarmerende hus på Sørlandet! Dette huset ligger rett ved sjøen og er det perfekte stedet for en stor familie som ønsker å tilbringe lange sommerdager sammen. Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Her kan du nyte båtliv, fiske eller bare slappe av ved vannkanten.

Great newer cottage (finished 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views over the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin area approximately 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city centre. There is a car road all the way up to the cabin and parking area 4 cars on the plot. Good hiking areas in nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
