As if set in the middle of the marshes, the vast wooded land, the heated swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, open from 1/05 to 30/09) and the 2 houses, will offer you peace and quiet, in great comfort. Close to wild beaches and the forest, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike through the marsh roads but also Noirmoutier and shops.

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Independent studio of 33 m2, with private pool, located in a quiet residential area. Free parking in front of the property. Close to Tanchet beach 3 km away, shops and bike paths along the cliff. Very comfortable and very bright with sleeping area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and its outdoor areas. No pets allowed, no smoking. Arrival time: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m., key given by the host on arrival. French-English hosts.
