Monthly Rentals in Aizawl

Zobawm is a peaceful place with a beautiful view. Both montain view and City view on the side makes mornings and nights to look forward to. This was my second trip to Aizawl and me and my wife enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms are even better than the pictures. The food they provided is both tasty and healthy, specially the salad. I wish they could provide the recipe for it :) The owner Zothanzuala is very responsive and so are the care takers. They arranged for a cab for local sightseeing for us on our first day in about 20 minutes. We wish we could have stayed longer as there is so much to see in Aizawl/Mizoram that we couldn't finish in mere 3 days of our stay. We will recommend this place.

Mystical Mizoram, a small tourism book which is kept in Room 1 to guide about the places in Mizoram, to me, it is Mystical even from the Annexe Homestay. The view outside is absolutely stunning! Be it early morning or at the night. Host Nunui is the best ! Always responsive and precise; if you say you want the breakfast at 8 am, you get it at 8 am without fail. There is a small shop where all the daily utility goods will be available and the owners, an elderly couple, are really a sweetheart. They will engage in communication even though there might be some language barriers. Nunui’s staff are always friendly and cheerful and they help with laundry as well. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. A bakery is at a walkable distance and a relatively bigger marketplace is a few hundred meters away. Enjoyed my stay!

INDISPENSABLE! This homestay was absolutely necessary for me. I stayed with the family for half a month and every experience I had was worth it. I did not have one issue since I've arrived in Aizawl with the team. The moment I arrived at the airport, they already had someone at the airport waiting to take me to the homestay. The manager,receptionist,cooks, and team members all deserve so much gratification. The two receptionist work a lot and their attitude and personality is positive and consistent. I know this to be true because I interacted with them from beginning of their shifts to the end of their shifts. The food was really good. I only ate in the kitchen a few times due to the fact that I really wanted to try so many local restaurants, but their food is a 10/10. My room was cleaned each day and I was checked on as frequently as needed. I could say so much more ,but I am limited. I will end this by saying I felt like family and I will never forget them or their names!FAMILY!
