The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travellers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is only a few minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in every respect in accordance with the description. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Nadine is a very welcoming and caring host. The old stone house is beautiful and keeps a pleasant coolness inside, even when it is very hot outside. We didn't even need the air conditioning provided. The garden is splendid, with several sitting areas and large parasols that allow you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. Inside, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. There were coffee pods, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, spices and lots of other very practical little things. For our little girl, Nadine had prepared a cot, a bathtub and a high chair. This gesture really made our lives easier. Following a storm, we had some temporary problems with the Wi-Fi, but Nadine immediately reacted and did what was necessary to resolve it quickly. We had a great stay and recommend this house!

We had a fantastic week in Armelle and Sébastien's chalet. Beautiful decoration, comfort, all the necessary kitchen equipment and an incredible view of the lake. We cross the road and we are right on the edge of the lake where a pedestrian/cyclist path allows us to take great walks.

We were delighted with our stay in Conjux! What a pleasure to wake up every morning to this splendid view of Lake Bourget. Conjux beach is perfect for spending quality time with the family, and the region lends itself wonderfully to exploring by bike. The apartment is very clean, bright, with a neat and clean layout. We particularly enjoyed the magnificent terrace, ideal for relaxing and sharing good meals. The garage is a real plus, especially for recharging our electric bikes with ease. Our stay was perfect: our children were delighted, and so were we! Very easy communication with Regis, thank you again for everything!

We spent 5 days in Céline's Airbnb. The apartment has a great location and the view of the lake impressed us every day. The street is noisy, but you get used to it. There are bathing beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The promenade along the lake is perfect for a walk! ☺️ We definitely recommend the place!

It was a great apartment, where we immediately felt at home. It was very neat and everything was present. Olivier was very friendly and helpful and attentive. In the morning breakfast on the balcony in the sun with lots of whistling birds, delicious! The address is definitely recommended and we had a wonderful week! It is a beautiful environment and a nice city! Everything is just great.👍

Great weekend with girlfriends in this cute maisonette. Thanks to Margaux for her sympathy and responsiveness by message throughout our stay! :) We enjoyed everything the accommodation could offer us: bike ride by the lake, nature walks nearby, brunch in the city center, aperitif on the terrace, and movie night on the big screen! we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few metres in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city centre. From our side, there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

The house is even better than the pictures. A very large garden and terrace. everything is very clean, modern and practical. A very beautiful house.
