Detached house surrounded by greenery in a large fenced area. You will be on the first floor; the ground floor is generally not occupied. The newly renovated house offers spacious and comfortable areas, a porch with a barbecue, and a large terrace overlooking the lawns. Ideal place for vacation in contact with nature, adjacent to the cross-country skiing, with wonderful mountains and possibility of trekking , MTB circuits, rafting, walks and rest. There are shops and restaurants nearby.

An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery where you can experience the quiet of the mountains. The house was renovated in 2024. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Relaxation and excursions in La Tano dei Sarvanot

The Tano dei Sarvanot is a complex that was created from the renovation of two mountain houses in Borgata Riosecco, 1030 m high and 2 km from Pradleves. The room, equipped with an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower, is suitable for couples and families: it has a double bed and 2 bunk beds for a total of 6 people. Outside there is a large area where you can enjoy relaxation and the beautiful view of the valley. Breakfast included.

Chalet Morier Nature & silence

The town is located at a height of 1260 m, and is 8 km from Demonte, and is halfway between Trinità and San Giacomo di Demonte. Along the road of the Vallone dell'Arma you reach the junction with the Maira Valley about 15 km away, alternatively you continue and reach the Grana Valley arriving at Castel Magno (25 km from the house). The house is located in a hamlet (Morier) that has only two houses and is easily accessible being on the road.

Via del Campo is the name we have given to our house: we welcome you to a bright and cosy space, where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Alps and the tranquillity of the countryside. It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.

Yurt with bathroom, heated

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Enjoy a unique experience of relaxation, in an original yurt, with an internal stove for winter days, and an internal bathroom. Breathtaking view of Monviso and our Alpacas and Cashmere Goats grazing a few meters from the yurts. We bring you breakfast in a large basket. All completed by the Finnish tub heated with a stove (for a fee). Possibility to eat in our family farmhouse

It's not just an exceptional place, it's above all a unique experience. Come and enjoy a secluded setting, surrounded 360° by mountains, waterfalls, forests, fields to have fun. Each season offers shows: In winter, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing from the barn. In spring, watch the wild animals roam in front of you. In summer, swim in the waterfalls. In autumn, listen to the deer rut. Not to mention stargazing!

The terrace overlooking the valley

Family home located at the exit of the village of Aisone, Valle Stura di Demonte. Facing south, it has a large pergola terrace overlooking the Stura River and the mountains where it is pleasant to eat and rest on the sun loungers. The house is very quiet because all the rooms overlook the garden. Rooms can be booked individually or for an entire family.
