Max number of people in the Airbnb is 5. No exceptions. The Lofthouse is two amazing spaces under one roof. The upper level, The Loft, is reserved for the homeowners and our clients. Our typical business hours are from 7 AM through 5 PM on weekdays. If there is an event larger than 10 people in The Loft, the homeowners will inform the guests out of consideration! The HOUSE is for guests! THESE SPACES ARE NOT CONNECTED INTERNALLY, meaning that everyone can operate independent. The House is stocked with indoor and outdoor games, beautiful books, a record player and a whimsical outdoor firepit/outdoor living space. The area to the west of The Lofthouse is reserved for the homeowners and their children + pet to roam wild and free. We ask that guests are considerate in offering privacy to the family residence. The Lofthouse has been a labor of love and was built with guests in mind! Our rules are simple. We ask that guests honor the space, the surroundings, the homeowners, our neighbors, and the dwelling while you stay with us. Truly. If you want to get to know this city we love in an amazing space, and are a responsible, good-natured adult, you might have just found your home away from home! House rules Treat this space with respect and care. Our home is your home and we have done our best to make it cozy and lovely. Can you help us keep it that way? Here is what that means: Don’t destroy things. If you do, you’ll be asked to replace damaged items/ property. No pets. No Animals. You are welcome to the entire downstairs, and outside lower deck. You are welcome to explore the land immediately surrounding the Lofthouse or play some games in the front field! Please keep your adventurous spirit contained to the front part of the lot, as the space above you, and behind The Lofthouse is reserved for dogs, wild children and our personal work. NO smoking or vaping of any kind. Not in, on or around the property. Help us keep that Colorado mountain air clean. No inviting other people over unless previous consent has been given. Alcohol is permitted, but in a responsible and mature manner. If you don’t think you are responsible, mature, or of age, don’t drink. If you do these things, you will be asked to leave. Please park in approved parking area only. Lock up when you leave. Fires are permitted in designated fire pit ONLY. Hundreds of homes have been destroyed by fire right here in Black Forest, so PLEASE think and act responsibly with fire and only burn in the gas pit. Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM- 6AM Leave a photo for our guestbook! Note : By leaving a fujifilm photo, you are granting permission/ license for the Lofthouse to use the photographs, royalty free, for any and all marketing and promotional purposes. 1200 sq ft, 2 bed, one bath, outdoor deck, front field The Lofthouse is situated on our 5 acre property, a couple hundred feet away from our main house, so we are readily available for any questions or needs. From this secluded setting it's only 5 minutes to the nearest Target, with the city limits just around the corner. The great Colorado outdoors awaits on the doorstep with many hiking and biking trails to explore. 1 designated parking spot. Please let us know if you’ll need more than one spot. Like many Colorado homes, the Lofthouse does not have AC. Temps remain tolerable in the heat of the summer, by opening windows at night to create cross-breeze, and closing in the morning. In the hottest June- August months the indoors typically peaks at 74 degrees, by following our in- home instructions! * A fine of $250 will be incurred if our rules are violated. Please be considerate. Guests will have access to about 1.5 acres of trees and open field on the property. The Lofthouse is only 9 miles from The USAFA (United States Air Force Academy)

Our charming Cottage is a private guest house located on our farm property. You will park right outside the front door. We will contact you the day of your arrival with directions about access and keys to get into the Cottage. Our Cottage is wheelchair accessible, but it also provides immediate access to the New Santa Fe Trail, which is great for running, hiking, biking or just leisurely strolling. Our property is located just over a mile off the interstate, so grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart are only 2-5 miles away. We are one exit away from the Air Force Academy and 8 miles from the Garden of the Gods. We live in a separate house on the property, so we are available to make your stay the best experience possible! This private Cottage home is located just a few miles off of I-25 in Colorado Springs. While being in the heart of the city, this property feels like it's in the middle of the country. It has easy access to the New Santa Fe Regional Trail and Monument Creek. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are all with minutes away. The host lives on the property in a separate home. We are about an hour and a half from the Denver Airport depending on traffic, and 30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. We have recently renovated our entire Cottage. It is beautiful and clean, a space that our family is proud to invite others into.

Cheryl’s place was nice and cozy. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoy our stay. Cheryl is very friendly and nice. It was raining and we wanted to go for a walk and she let us borrow some umbrellas. Dogs were very quite especially at night. Love our stay.

I cannot say enough kind things about Susie’s place and Susie herself 😊 We reserved this space for my mom for the week, and Susie was extremely responsive, kind and clear in her communication, and the room was all she promised. Susie is so friendly and caring, and made sure everything was ready for my mom’s arrival and stay. The house and room were exceptionally clean, in a great neighborhood, and so well priced for what is provided. The room itself has a private bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, water kettle, comfy bed, and great amenities for a rented room. Gorgeously decorated and it’s own AC unit 👍 Thank you, Susie, for an awesome place to stay and for being such a sweet host! Highly recommend if you need a clean, quiet, affordable room in the Springs!

this place is beautiful! the photos do not do it justice! even thought someone else is there, you still get compete privacy. the price was such a steal, especially for the view of the mountains from our bedroom window! drinking coffee out on the back porch every morning was wonderful. the bed was sooo comfy, we are still missing it. the place was very clean and it was easy to find everything. there’s great food and stores nearby. it was even close to my mom who we were up visiting. the host was very friendly and understanding, and just overall super nice. i always have a hard time saying goodbye to colorado, and this place made it more difficult. i look forward to our next visit and hope we are able to snag a spot here again! if you get a chance to book here, do it!! 10/10 recommend!

This place was perfect for 2 people. A clean and private studio and in a secluded location with great views of the mountains. It was exactly as described and was just a short 15 minute drive to restaurants and the Air Force Academy. Had an issue with the hot water for a day but the host was responsive when we had questions. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
