The "Lac et Forêt" Loft is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation that accommodates a maximum of 4 people in a bright, spacious and designer setting. Large bay windows open onto the forest and Lake Annecy and invite contemplation and relaxation. Come and stay in this beautiful renovated barn, over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, zen and a very special vacation, with a heavenly view! A side of Provence in Chartreuse in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I am booked in order to leave it to you in a private way. So you have access to the whole house except my bedroom and garage. I leave my cat Roxy on site.

Beautiful single-story air-conditioned house near the lake

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
