Come and stay with us at the foot of Mt Colombier on the sunny side of the tranquil Aillon Valley in the Parc National des Bauges situated at 920m between the charming cities of Annecy and Chambèry. It’s an amazing place to be for cheese lovers, cyclists, walkers, skiers and anyone who loves nature. We’ve lovingly converted an old Bauju cowshed into a beautiful and comfortable space for weekend retreats or extended holidays surrounded by nature and just a 10 minute drive from the ski lifts.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

In the Alps, in Savoy, 15 km from the center of Chambery, in the Bauges mountain range, at the end of the Chemin de La Bas in an enchanting environment for lovers of calm, serenity and permaculture. Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.

Studio Les Tines, Aillon-le-Jeune

Our studio was completely renovated during the 2nd half of 2023. And in November 2024, the last major renovation with the change of the latest generation windows and shutters. We wanted it to be warm and welcoming and convenient for families. It is ideally positioned at the foot of the slopes of Aillons Margériaz 1000, on one level, close to shops, playgrounds, and the reception center which offers plenty of activities to tourists.

Old barn newly renovated into a residential house. Located in the heart of Les Bauges, in the regional nature park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.

The first shops are 10 km away.
