Déco contemporaine et cosy. Très joli pied à terre pour explorer notre région. Sur place, nous pouvons vous orienter ! Stationnement aisé, sûr et gratuit dans la rue. Piscine et patio sont accessibles aux adultes seulement dans le silence (nous habitons et travaillons autour de cet espace)

Un parking, le marché du dimanche, les nombreux restaurants..le tout à 50 mètres de la maison. A 15 minutes de Nîmes, 30 minutes de Montpellier et de la mer vous trouverez en toute saison entre mer et rivière des activités à faire et profiterez d’un des plus beau secteur de la région.

Ancien prieuré fraichement rénové, le mas est entouré de 2 hectares de parc et vignes. Des arbres bicentenaires , une noria , une pinède et un verger sauront vous charmer . Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, venir en famille ou entre amis ou bien pour un séminaire. Notre famille vit sur la propriété ( Notre maison se situe à l'extrémité nord du bâtiment ) les locataires vivent à l extrémité sud du bâtiment . De ce fait , les fêtes et la musique (forte) sont interdites .

Our pretty stone house of 120 m2, recently renovated and air-conditioned, awaits you for a pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with outdoor lounge, barbecue, ping-pong table. The 3X3 swimming pool, adjoining the terrace, is perfect for cooling off, having fun and keeping the children under supervision. The accommodation has a fiber internet connection, a home cinema system and parking for several vehicles. Pets are welcome.

Maisonnette en Camargue à 2km d'aigues-mortes

Dépendance au sein de notre maison (jardin commun)d'environ 75m2 très confortable, rénovée. Très lumineux pas de voisinage ,terrasse et grand jardin au coeur de la petite Camargue à 2km des remparts (5min de vélo). Il y a une Piscine NON sécurisée ( une décharge sera à signer le jour de votre arrivée)et à partager (de temps en temps)avec le propriétaire. Nouveau : logement climatisé.
