The 40 m2 house is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen and lounge area, and a bedroom for 2 people (double bed) and adjoining shower room, as well as a 6 m2 terrace. Une piscine privative de 10m² chauffée donnant sur la terrasse vous est réservée sur le terrain ( sans contrainte d'horaire pour l'utilisation) , un jardin méditerranéen est présent avec palmier, cocotier, citronnier, bananier et olivier. La maison comporte une cuisine américaine complète ( frigo, plaque à induction, fours , lave vaisselle, machine à cafés tassimo…) d’une table et 4 chaises.
