Monthly Rentals in Aia

We spent 48 days in the apartment and we were very comfortable, the location is unbeatable, half a block from the old case, 1 block from the square and a few more meters from the beach. Appropriately equipped and the heating worked perfectly (and was necessary) throughout our stay. Recommended

Outstanding accommodation. A beautiful hamlet on the mountain, just 1 km from Asteasu. A living room open to the ceiling with a large south-facing window, with lots of light and spectacular views of Asteasu and all the natural surroundings. Next to this, a large and full kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen is varied and complete. Four large bedrooms, with large beds, comfortable and with very clean white sheets. Plenty of room in the closets. Two comfortable bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower tray). The folded, open to the living room, has one more double bed. Everything was perfectly clean. The heating is very nice. Claudia made it easier for us to arrive and, despite living under our home, we didn't notice it. To improve: We have missed some hangers to hang coats and others in the bathrooms for towels. The pans need a renovation, they are somewhat messed up.

The place is great. The apartment is seen in the photos, is perfectly equipped, has everything you could need, Every detail is taken care of with love, and this is noticeable. The bad woman and her family live in the house, but we hardly saw each other, the intimacy is total. The garden is super take care of yourself, and the environment is even more beautiful in person than what you see in the photographs, the silence is fantastic. I definitely recommend this place.
