Only 1 minute walk to the bus stop, from which you can reach the ski resorts Speikboden and Klausberg in 5-10 minutes and Kronplatz in 30 minutes. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house.
