My special feature for you is that i have stretched a fabric on a view walls, the old fashion way on a wooden frame, what gives the room a very warm feeling. Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The small, quietly located basement apartment consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, and several dressers. There is also a living room with an open kitchen. In the living room, you’ll find a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a TV with satellite connection. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. A microwave, air fryer, fully automatic coffee machine, and electric kettle are also available. New apartment attached to our residential building with large garden. Separate entrance. Close to the center, within walking distance to downtown, the city palace, the museum and the Auepark.
