We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Welcome to the housekeeper's apartment (basement) of the former parsonage. The apartment is very quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes, you are on foot in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

The apartment is located in the Kley farmhouse in Bösensell. Distance to Münster 15 - to the train station 2.5 kilometers. A separate entrance leads to the bright basement apartment.
