New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

Pepper Jungle House is an architecturally designed, fully staffed villa perched on top of a lush jungle ridge. Nestled within landscaped gardens, the villa offers complete privacy. Pepper offers serenity whilst only being just a few minutes away from the beaches and 4km to UNESCO Galle Fort. The villa is a blend of imported luxury and local charm. The villa comes fully staffed, including a cook. Our wonderful staff will go the extra mile to ensure you love your time in at Pepper.

The Gatehouse Galle

The Gatehouse at is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the area. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using either Pick me app or our trusted tuk drivers allows easy beach and local historic site access.

Sōmar - 2-Bedroom Villa in Tropical Oasis

This light and spacious two-bedroom villa is located at Sōmar, a boutique-style hotel set in a tropical oasis of palm trees and greenery. The 2-bedroom villa offers a private living room and kitchen, lush patio, spacious veranda and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with indoor and outdoor showers.
