we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Karşılama son derece guleryuzluydu ve eve ilk giriş anında her detay hakkında çok net bilgi verildi. Evin çok hoş bir tasarımı var ve her detay düşünülmüş. ihtiyac duyacaginiz her sey evde var. Aynı zamanda son derece temiz bir şekilde evi teslim aldık. iki sile toplam 7 kişi çok rahat ettik ve güzel vakit geçirdik. Merve Hanım'a ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkürler.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

مرحبا عزيزتي olcay سعدت بالسكن في منزلك الأكثر من رائع بالنسبة لي يعتبر هذا المنزل جوهرة في قلب جيهانجير السكن نظف جدا اهتمامك بالتفاصيل ابهرني 😍 كل شي ينتظرك بكمال فقط احضر ملابسك و عش التجربة 😍 عادة لا تعطي تقييم لاي مكان تسكنه إلا إذا كان يستحق وهذا المنزل يستحق ١٠/١٠ الواقع اجمل من الصور 😍 المنطقة كل شي فيها جميل وسهل الوصول له إذا صعدت الدرجات بجانب البيت تجد شوارع ساحرة و كل شي فيها مطاعم مافيها سوبر ماركت إذا نزلت إلى الاسفل غلاطة بورت و كاريكوي افتح نافذة التراس و استمتع بصوت الطيور و الطبيعه و اصوات العبارات لم نحتج إلى التكييف كان الجو لطيف جدا شكرا لك

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. apartamento limpio y concidía totalmente con las fotos mostradas. Muy cerca de Mezquita azul y Santa Sofía. Rojhat fue muy amable y nos recibió aunque llegamos muy tarde por la noche. Todo genial. Volveremos

كانت الإقامة مريحة جدًا، وأكثر ما يميز هذا المكان هو الهدوء والإطلالة الجميلة التي تضيف طابعًا خاصًا للتجربة. صاحب المنزل كان خدومًا ومتعاونًا، وكان دائمًا متواجدًا في حال احتجنا أي شيء، ونشكره على حسن الضيافة. بشكل عام، كانت إقامة رائعة وننصح بهذا المكان لمن يبحث عن الراحة والخصوصية وسط الطبيعة

Murat Bey, sorularımıza çok hızlı yanıtlar verdi, güleryüzlü bir ev sahibiydi. Truelove bungalow görsellerdeki gibiydi, gerçekten huzur verici bir yer. Yine tercih ederim. Teşekkürler

Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar’da geçirdiğimiz zaman oldukça güzeldi. Huzurlu bir ortamda dinlenmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Popüler yerlere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Villanın temizliği ve düzeni mükemmeldi; her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Sıcak havuz, özellikle serin akşamlarda keyifli vakit geçirmenizi sağlar. Ateş çukuru da eğlenceli sohbet zamanı geçirmemizi sağladı. Ev sahibi Nursel Hanım, misafirperverliği ve ilgisiyle konaklamamızı daha da özel kıldı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Sapanca’da sakin ve konforlu bir tatil arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğiz!

İstanbuldan arabayla ulaşımı kolay. Ev hemen yol üstünde değil, ama bomboş bir arazide de değil . Böylece hem mahremiyeti artıyor hem de güvensiz hissedecek kadar da çevresi boş değil. Evin duvarları dışardan görünmesini engelleyecek kadar yüksek. Bu konuda hassasiyetleri olanlar için havuza rahatlıkla girilebiliyor. Dekorasyonu öteki seçenekler arasından kendini fark ettirecek kadar güzel. Bu da havanızı değiştiriyor. Evin içi temiz. Her türlü ihtiyaç düşünülmüş. Yiyecek erzağınızı getirdikten sonra tamamen evinizde gibi hissedebilirsiniz. Bahçesinin genişliği de ferahlık katıyor. Resimlerde görüldüğünün tamamen aynısı bir ev. Ayrıca ev sahibi Sena Hanım oldukça kibar ve her zaman kendisine ulaşabiliyorsunuz

Semih Bey çok ilgiliydi. çok memnun kaldım. ev tertemizdi rahatlıkla kaldım. her şey resimlerdeki gibi çok güzeldi.

الشقه كانت جميله جدا التصميم والاثاث والصور المعلقه عالجدار المطبخ متوفر فيه جميع الاغراض والحمامات نظيفه وموفره مجموعه من العنايه بالبشره غرفة النوم الرئيسيه تصميمها جمييل وانيق وشاشة التلفاز اتوقع اكثر من ٨٠ بوصه والاطلاله جميله جدا على البسفور منطر خيالي لا تراه الا بالصور 😍 وايضا اشكر ايميت ع تعاملها اللطيف معنا سوف ارجع موة اخرى🤟

Ev oldukça temiz ve malzemeler hijyenikti. Aynı zamanda ihtiyaç duyulan birçok küçük mutfak eşyaları bulunuyordu. Sakin, sessiz ve huzurlu bir deneyimdi. Herkese öneririm

Everything about Efkan’s place was perfect. It was a beautiful flat in a wonderful location; the views from the rooftop terraces were spectacular. Efkan could not have been more helpful in welcoming us upon arrival and assisting us throughout our stay - he regularly contacted us to check that everything was okay and gave us some excellent restaurant and cafe recommendations. On one occasion we requested an additional tea towel - a brand new tea towel was delivered to the door within ten minutes! Check in and check out were amazingly smooth. All in all, Efkan’s place is a terrific home in which to relax and from which to explore the magic of Istanbul.

Fantastic host! Always replied quickly and with clear instructions. Beautiful home and lovely views! Couldn’t fault this home at all! 10/10

The house and the area are very beautiful and the house is nice and has everything you need in it. We were also amazed by the house beyond description. The furniture, kitchen and utensils are very beautiful. The view is also very nice. You don’t want to leave the place. There are also grocery stores nearby in the nearby villages. The people of the village are welcoming and friendly. Mr. Ismail was interested in us and always asked about us and what if we needed something. He also suggested that we go to nearby activities and events. We enjoyed staying in this house and I want to come back again.

Harika bir ev ve adanın en güzel konumlarından birinde ağırlandık. Penceredeki muhteşem manzaraya her gün uyanmak ayrıca keyifliydi. Evimiz müze gibi oldukça temiz ve ihtiyacımız olacak her şey içeride mevcuttu. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık ve herkese tavsiye ederim. Ev sahibimiz bizimle hemen iletişime geçti ve her konuda bize yardımcı oldu.

The house was clean, had all the things we needed, very quiet the area, at least 2 beds in each room, there is place for parcking one car inside, and multiple cars outside the yard.. Adnan very nice and communicative. I will recommend it to anyone who needs to be around the area.
