Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ağva Merkez

The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home. The host's amenities were full of details you wouldn't normally find in a rental home. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the host for this wonderful experience.

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard. Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. Had an amazing time in Selcuk’s apartment in which I stayed for 5 months for my exchange at Bogazici University. It was the perfect location since it is close to the uni. The apartment itself has a nice atmosphere and possesses any items you may need. The balcony has a very nice view.

Thanks a lot for this amazing stay. Location of the place is directly next to Agva River and very quiet. To city center it is ca. 5 min by car. The room was very clean and as indicated on the pictures. Highly reccomend this place!

It was the most wonderful and helpful host in the world, the breakfasts were great and it was very close to the city, the rooms were nostalgic and comfortable at the same time. If you are going 💜💜💜💜💜 to the big island, you should definitely visit it….
