The apartment is located right in the center of the hippest neighbourhood called Cihangir. It is surrounded by lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars. From the apartment, access to the historic city is a piece of cake. It’s walking distance to the main shopping street called Istiklal Street. The apartment is in a typical historic building from the beginning of 1900s with high ceiling and lots of widows looking towards all directions, with lots of light and view of the neighbourhood.

Our 130-year-old historical monumental pavilion; is covered with stone walls, the ceiling and floor is wooden, its room with an original bathtub bathroom. It is 750 meters from the center of the island, surrounded by pine forests with sea views. Breakfast is included in our prices, we also provide catering for a fee. Our 10 meter long swimming pool in our garden, a very spacious balcony on the upper floor and our large fireplace are offered as common areas for a total of 4 rooms.

Our newly furnished hotel is in Yenikapı area (Old Town). We provide in all our rooms a kettle, a mini fridge, an air conditioner, a hair dryer, a set of clean towels etc.. Keep in mind that there is not lift. The apartment located in heart of the city. Aksaray tram is 2 mins. Yenikapi Metro and Marmaray stations are 500 meters away. Walkeable distance to Grand Bazaar. Easy to find everything around, supermarkets, cafes, local restaurants, local shops etc.

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

The breakfast menu was a little different every day and delicious.The ocean view from the terrace is also very beautiful and I think it is definitely worth it rather than having breakfast outside!! The location was also very good, and it was very convenient to walk to the mosque and bazaar!

Thanks a lot for this amazing stay. Location of the place is directly next to Agva River and very quiet. To city center it is ca. 5 min by car. The room was very clean and as indicated on the pictures. Highly reccomend this place!

I really loved this place and it will now be my go to location for central Istanbul. Incredible value given where it is: right at the centre of best part of the city, with beautiful views of the Blue Mosque and surrounding area, yet far enough away from the main road to be peaceful. The staff were also really proactive and helpful with everything I needed. I highly recommend this place.
