Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

The perfect place. The house is perfectly cared for, with an ideal orientation and spectacular views, mountain and beach from the terrace, ideal to disconnect. Gonzalo is an exceptional host, I clarify all our doubts and help us accommodate us on arrival, of course you can see that he cares about the stay of his guests. My children really enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the view , from the pool it's beautiful. We'll definitely repeat, Thank you for all Gonzalo

Very well-kept and spacious house, for large groups, large garden and pool, first-class appliances and everything is luxurious.

Antonio's cortijo is just perfect! Very large, quiet and with a great view. Well located close to the highway and 15 minutes from a small town with all services. The accommodation offers much more than what is explained in the description: indoor bbq, amenities for paella, plancha, ... basically, it's perfect for cooking for groups of friends/family. There are also board games, a bluetooth speaker, ... The rooms are very well insulated from noise. It was such a pleasure to come and celebrate the new year at this old farmhouse.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

The house is a pass, just like the location. The village of Mojácar surprised us pleasantly, it is beautiful. We were looking for peace of mind to spend a few days with a family by the sea, and that's precisely what we got.

A lovely house overlooking the sea, an amazing view! Simone and Martin had everything ready for our arrival: beds ready, cold drinks, bread butter and jam for breakfast the next day… they are adorable! The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped and the pool is great. In short, everything was perfect! The only "downside" is not because of our hosts: the pretty little beach nearby is not always respected as much as it should be by some residents.

A great experience and exceptional location. Both the hosts and Lorena, the support, perfect and always pending. We will definitely stay here (if Marga leaves us hehejje). The house is not lacking in detail and it is as if you are in yours. PS: Towards centuries that I did not play parquet with my wife☺️☺️☺️

Nice spacious place with a great view of the ocean and the city. Very easy to find - and at least in March plenty of street parking. Good Smart TV. Very well equipped Kitchen.

The house is as seen in the photos, it is 5 meters from the beach; eating in the patio facing the sea is very pleasant. The house is clean and has everything you need. I am kind and attentive to our questions. Highly recommended.

Very special place (in a good sense)! Mostly extremely quiet and surrounded by nature, although not far from Aguilas. The "outside"area, which is enclosed with roof and glass, brings in a lot of light. There, many sliding doors can also be opened, which have mosquito net doors. We felt very comfortable there :-)

The house and hostess are wonderful! The narrow stairs require priority... and difficult for young children or old people. We had a very nice time!

The apartment is very well located next to the beach, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Huge apartment with everything you need for a perfect vacation and beautiful views from the terrace. We loved it and we'll definitely be back.

Because we were going on a month's stay, I was looking for a house with more bedrooms (for possible visits) and a private pool. This house completely met our expectations. You could say he surpassed. David patiently communicated with us during the trip. Upon arrival, he was generous with local recommendations, and he answered our questions patiently and promptly. He very quickly fixed the broken dishwasher. They brought a new one and installed it in a few days. The house has all the necessary equipment you need for a shorter or longer stay, including a grill. The house is in a quiet part, relaxed neighbors, and not far from the center of events (about 1.5 km walk). There are plenty of different restaurants in the area, and the local Sunday markets are excellent. We often went on bike rides (from 20 to 105km). Also, the trips were worth it (Vera aquapark, Cartagena, Mojacar, Pulpí). In short, I can only recommend this location, this house and especially this host. And if it works out for us, we want to come again next year. It was amazing.

The house was in perfect condition equipped with everything you need and according to the listing photos. Everything was perfectly collected and clean. The stay was very pleasant and Antonio, the host, was attentive at all times to us. Its proximity to Calabardina beach is perfect for a relaxing vacation and not having to take the car to take a swim and cool off if you wish. In short, we were very comfortable and we will definitely be back.

Incredibly beautiful place. A place to contact with nature, rest and activity exactly what we were seeking. Many places on the grounds and around the house to stay at. A charming home that met expectations. The kids had a lot of space to play on. The pool was a big hit. Winding roads to the home made it even more charming.

We travelled as a family of four. The house was immaculate and perfect for our needs. Elisabeth and Werner have equipped the house with everything you would need for a family holiday. They were keen to offer advice and were always available if needed, although we had everything we required. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room which works well. We enjoyed meals on the front patio and the roof terrace. The children loved having the use of a pool so close to the house. Shops, beaches and several restaurants are within walking distance. The beaches and plaza area are lively in the evenings but the house is on a quiet private street. We chose Casa Elisabeth for a relaxing family holiday and we had a fantastic time.

We had the best stay at this beautiful villa. The photos do not do the accommodation justice, on arrival we were blown away with how wonderful the place was. Such care is taken and you can tell it’s a well loved family holiday home. This is a large space with plenty of areas for 5 people. We spent our evenings looking out onto the beach and listening to the waves. During the day we walked up the hill to a little cove and enjoyed drinks and food at Oasis Bar and Restaurant. We will 100% be back!

Paula was lovely to chat with and very flexible with us. She was super quick to respond to our messages and requests. This apartment was a great location and has a beautiful charm and contributed to a really lovely weekend in Aguilas for carnival!

I give a 10 for the attention received and the kindness on arrival, stay and departure by the host. The house is super clean, it smelled great, just like the photos and the description. The quiet area to spend a few days at the beach and sports. We would not hesitate to return.

The house is fully equipped, it is noticeable that it is used or used as a regular home, with "an airy to Cuéntame" cozy, except the kitchen, something more modern, with all the appliances and utensils that may be needed (and more). Very close to the beach, about 50 meters, which you can see from the upper terrace, while having coffee or dinner, enjoying the view of the sea. With supermarkets, shops, various shops, restaurants, bars and terraces in the surroundings, without the latter bothering at all. It also has a little park behind for the little ones, and on a short walk (about 10 min or less) you're downtown. Communication with the host has been sensational, attentive to us at all times, with very good local recommendations.
