Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

It was an incredible experience, the cottage we stayed in had all the comforts. The hosts are excellent people, they have been super kind and attentive at all times. His house is a beautiful place where you can breathe peace and tranquility, which is what we were looking for, a paradise! Everything was super clean and with everything we could need. We will definitely visit this beautiful villa again and this couple of hosts, Ágnel and Divina, and their dog Jasper🥰

Our Stay was wonderful, very peacefull and had everything we needed for our stay. Could have asked for better hosts, they were very helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. Would definetly stay here again.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

the place is mesmerizing. it's in the middle of mountains and pretty remote, however within just 15 minutes ride you can find villages La Izohia (also beautiful, by the way) and Isla Plana with supermarkets and restaurants. the nature around is also amazing, be sure to drive/hike around it. the apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and hosts even left me things for breakfast. i visited early March, so it was pretty cold outside, however the heating in the apartment worked very well - appreciated it. easy to find - just follow google maps location ("Ecoturismo Cabo Tiñoso"). i really want to come back some time to have longer holidays here 💚

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

We were a long bridge four marriages with small children and we had a great time. The house is just as shown in the photos. The pool, wonderful children's area and the soccer field played a lot of play for all the kids. The spacious rooms, with soft and clean linens. The house is in the countryside of Lorca but 10 minutes from the city, which offers you many plans, and half an hour from the beach. The best, the service of the hosts. Everything was easy before arrival and once there they were very pending. Thank you!

Silvia was a fantastic host. She was welcoming and communicated with us throughout our stay. The apartment was great for value and matched the description. We particularly liked the outdoor pool.

the apartment as Gabriel describes it, there were 4 of us (family) and two medium-sized dogs, perfect, bright, ventilated and spacious, clean and with the amenities described in the ad. I would repeat. . there is also a pool all year round... excellent for those who don't like the beach 🏖️ haha

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. The accommodation was perfect for spending a few days near the coast, without the hassle of traffic and people that are usually on the beachfront. The residential area was very quiet, and we were able to rest well at night. In mid-June, the pool was usually empty, or with very few people, so we also took advantage of it a lot in the afternoons. We were able to park at the same door every day, and in some areas there were trees with shade to leave the car. The terrace is small, but enough to sit down for breakfast or dinner quietly. As the apartment is small, the air conditioning cools it very quickly. But without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the communication with the host (Tais), who also left us several treats in the fridge for our arrival. Thank you very much! 😊

Charming apartment with lovely pool just a short walk from the beach and several great bars and restaurants. Supermarket conveniently located 1 min away. Mojacar is stunning. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a closed, intimate estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point whether it is to visit Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where you can eat well or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it's not just their job but something much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

What a fantastic place in front of the beach! The house had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee, olive oil, and matches and candles for the big national blackout!! Lovely walks west and east of the property along the beach front. An excellent location to explore Murcia and Almería. Will recommend to anyone and I will repeat! Muchas Gracias Ramona!!!

Juan Carlos was attentive the entire time we were staying. Cleanliness is 100%. The photos accurately match the ad. If you like tranquility and silence, it's the perfect place. A lovely house overlooking the sea, an amazing view! Simone and Martin had everything ready for our arrival: beds ready, cold drinks, bread butter and jam for breakfast the next day… they are adorable! The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped and the pool is great. In short, everything was perfect! The only "downside" is not because of our hosts: the pretty little beach nearby is not always respected as much as it should be by some residents.

Great place! Ignacio was very responsive to my request to extend the stay an extra night. Place is simple, clean, and has a view of the beach which is only a 1 minutes walk away

Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

Placidos apartment is right on the beach, it's very comfortable and light, equipped well because it's someone's home, so more than you need. it stayed cool during a hot week, even though no air con. loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Placido is welcoming and helpful, and provided a file of recommendations. Hard to improve on this apartment in Aguilas.

The area was quiet with a lot of bars and the beach close by. The village of Mojácar was very close by car.
