Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aguilas

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. One minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars & restaurants. Jose Antonio was a fabulous host. Would recommend.

We had a great time at this apartment in front of the sea. The apartment was spotless in both cleanliness and equipment of all kinds. The only downside for us who stayed for a month was the absence of wifi. We were delighted with our stay and would definitely come back to enjoy the places that are very soothing. Thanks to Antonio

The apt is really luxurious and much bigger than the photos look. Super clean and really comfortable. Great big TV's. Lots of wardrobes. Very sound proof between the rooms. Great having a kitchen to sit in. Very close to the local massive swimming pool, little parks, hills, seaside, shops and restaurant all walkable in 5mins. I felt very secure here. Lovely safe area with lots of families and schools around but not noisy. Wonderful big dining table. It's so nice I bought a table cloth to protect it. All facilities are of a hich standard the frodge looks brand new. Heating worked well and there's lot's of cosy blankets. I will miss the comfortable sofas. We stayed a month and I would stay here again if I could. Thanks again

Fantastic stay in the penthouse; we felt right at home. The accommodation gives you tranquility and magnificent views that accompanied us throughout the days. It was a great choice

Apartment with sublime views, equipped with everything you need to spend a great few days in La Azohía... It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. The house was very clean and neat. Friendly and efficient reception. The views from the living room and terrace are spectacular, from which they take away the hiccups... To repeat!

Fini's accommodation is very comfortable, the living room is spacious and the little ones have space to play. The attention on your part has been fantastic and so was the communication. Overall I highly recommend if you want to have a great time with family and friends.

We went for a weekend with my friends and I and the house loved it. It had everything you need and is a very nice house, renovated and in the middle of the promenade. It is larger than we expected and for large groups it is a very good option. We liked the detail of having beach towels in addition to the shower towels, a quite equipped kitchen, two refrigerators and 3 bathrooms. It was also a plus for the A/C since we came on very hot days and it was great inside the house. The girls we've talked to book it very friendly and attentive. Highly recommendable :)

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. The air conditioning was vital for these hot days. The residential complex is very quiet, the pool is open until midnight and there is a Mercadona supermarket about 200 meters away. We'll be back on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

We had a fabulous stay and are so grateful. Everything we needed, down to Shampoo and Conditioner was all there upon arrival. It is so beautifully maintained, the garden, the house, the pool and orientated to catch the sun at all points of the day. It was exactly what myself and my fanily needed, thank you!!

Tango Francisco José as his wife was super helpful and kind to us. Everything was perfect and clean. For everything we needed they were attentive and were very understandable with the inconveniences we could have. We are very grateful to them and if we come back we have no doubt that we will try to contact them again.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Fernando was very kind and friendly. At all times, he recommended places to visit that were phenomenal. The apartment matches the photos and the description. The pool is one pass, with a jacuzzi and everything. Quiet neighbors. And the A/C that works great is appreciated as we were in very hot days.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

This was an amazing find, spectacular apartment and facilities with the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. Joe, Tatania & Yuri were amazing and we cannot fault the service they gave us from booking to departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, whilst there was a slight smell of smoke from previous tenants who broke the rules, Joe was extremely apologetic but this in no way impacted our stay. We didn't want to leave this little piece of heaven and will definitely be back, in fact I'm already looking at going back there next month if it's available.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

From booking to checkout, Christelle has been a superb host. Careful, and flexible on entry and exit, which is greatly appreciated. I note that the development pool is very large , with very few users (last week of August), and was open from 10.00 to 23.00, and does not close at half a day. And although you have to drive to the beach, it takes 5 minutes and without parking problems.

Sebastian was a good host, he greeted us personally. The apartment wins by being in a community with a pool and parking. The area is quite remote, you have to take the car for everything although it has supermarkets and leisure places nearby.
