Εκτός από τις παραλίες της Αγριάς όπου αρκετοί κάνουν το καθημερινό τους μπάνιο, σε κοντινές αποστάσεις υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες και φανταστικές διαδρομές για πεζοπορία στο Πήλιο.

I spent three years renovating this house and now it is ready! The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have aircondition. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies.

Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, έχει θέα σε πάρκο και εύκολο parking στο δρόμο έξω από το σπίτι.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Your family will be close to what they need in this centrally located space. The house is located in a central but also quiet location. It is located at a short distance from a mini-market, bakery, cafe, pizzeria, souvlaki restaurant (less than 50 meters). The distance from the beach of Agria is about 10 minutes on foot and is very close to the main road that leads to the beaches and villages of Pelion mountain.

It is ideal for couples and three-member families, as well as for those visiting the city for business reasons. Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο του Βόλου, πλησίον ΟΣΕ και ΚΤΕΛ. Και πολύ κοντά στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό!!!!Επισης πολύ κοντά στο λιμανι!!Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο πρώτο όροφο διπλοκατοικίας, η πρόσβαση σε αυτό γίνεται μέσω σκάλας.
