Anna's Apartment is located in Agria, a coastal town about 7km from the city of Volos. The apartment is situated 250 m from the seaside in Agria, where you will find restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and a picturesque port with fishermen's boats. Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. An ideal, bright apartment that has sunshine all day round.

A fully renovated, comfortable, spacious 1st floor apartment, with all the necessary amenities for a traveler. Your family, your friends will be close to everything you need as it is centrally located. Just 150m from the central square of Ag. Nikolaos, shops, dining and entertainment areas, in 1 minute you will enjoy your walk on the beautiful beach of Volos, public parking at 80m. You enter with an electronic lock. No smoking and no events.

Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

Elpiniki's place

Your family will be close to what they need in this centrally located space. The house is located in a central but also quiet location. It is located at a short distance from a mini-market, bakery, cafe, pizzeria, souvlaki restaurant (less than 50 meters). The distance from the beach of Agria is about 10 minutes on foot and is very close to the main road that leads to the beaches and villages of Pelion mountain.
