Holiday rentals with lake access in Agnone

Daniela super ospitale ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Sempre disponibile e reattiva nella comunicazione. Casa molto molto accogliente spaziosa e pulitissima. Parcheggio praticamente sotto casa. Posto tranquillissimo è bellissimo.

Immobile immerso nel verde, con ampi spazi di prato e grandi alberi, cascatella di acqua fresca dalle.montagne, laghetto, tutto come da descrizione annuncio. siamo masseria funzionale il cui unico difetto è la strada sterrata che costeggia il lago barrea. Ci torneremo sicuro sia perché il.posto è ideale per escursioni in zona e poi perché i nostri cani non volevano più andare via..

Mi sono ritagliato un paio di giorni di completo relax coi miei cani non troppo lontano da casa (85Km) e la situazione è stata pienamente all'altezza delle mie aspettative, se non anche più. La location è davvero splendida e Maria è un'host molto cordiale, estremamente gentile, sempre disponibile e fin da subito presente, ma senza essere invadente o indiscreta. Il posto è davvero meraviglioso per chi ama la natura e cerca una pausa dal caos cittadino. Inoltre c'è anche un barbecue con cui cucinare carne o pesce alla brace all'aperto e liberamente. Nelle vicinanze c'è poi M.te San Biagio, così come la sughereta di San Vito, che consiglio di visitare. A fianco si trova 1 club di canottaggio (con bar incluso) dove prendere anche pedalò con cui avventurarsi attraverso il lago di Fondi, oppure godersi dal giardino che affaccia direttamente sul lago, la meraviglia di tramonti fantastici. Insomma un posto romantico, per rilassarsi e riposare in santa pace!

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

Domenico è stato da subito molto gentile e disponibile, dandoci indicazioni su qualsiasi informazione avessimo bisogno. Abbiamo effettuato un’escursione alle Isole Tremiti sotto totale consiglio dell’host che ha saputo consigliarci subito come muoverci. Casa perfetta corrispondente alla descrizione, situata in un quartiere centrale caratteristico, pieno di qualsiasi servizio a qualsiasi orario. Consigliatissimo!

Angelo's huis aan Lago di Scanno is super! Binnen ruim en schoon en zeer geschikt voor 4 mensen. Buiten met mooi uitzicht op het meer, en een heerlijke tuin om in te ontspannen. Angelo is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer die ook goed te bereiken is. Al met al een toplocatie!

L’alloggio è stupendo: appena ristrutturato, pulito e fornito dei più completi e moderni comfort. Florentina e sua figlia sono spettacolari, gentilissime, preparatissime e anticipano ogni richiesta grazie anche alle tante convenzioni che han stipulato col territorio. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Consigliatissimo!!!

Tutto molto bello e fedelissimo alla descrizione fatta , Massimo sempre disponibile mentre nonna Ilde ci ha accolti come una mamma amorevole accoglie i propri figli dopo un lungo viaggio, disponibile da subito per cucinare qualcosa per noi, ci ha ricoperti di attenzioni, ci ha offerto un dolce fatto da lei molto buono e ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa nostra. posto incantevole e tranquillo , anche la nostra cagnolina si è divertita tanto. lo consigliamo assolutamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per 6 giorni, Emilia ci ha permesso di fare un check-in prima, facendoci accogliere dal gentilissimo marito, ciò nonostante Emilia è venuta lo stesso per conoscerci, la cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la sua discrezione, sembrava quasi che fosse lei a casa nostra, la casa è un sogno, la vista lago ti delizia gli occhi, è come stare in un albergo di lusso, con la comodità di essere a casa propria, la spiaggetta del lago è vicinissima a piedi, che dire ..grazie emilia... Super consigliato ...

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. Lovely place, the apartment was perfect and clean with views over lake .But be prepared for the stairs if you have heavy luggage since the building doesn’t have lift and also had issues with the WiFi that’s wasn’t resolved while our stay.. A bit tricky for parking because no free car parking near the apartment, don’t get me wrong plenty of spaces to park but a bit costly if staying for a few days. The town is lovely and is very close from the apartment and has all the amenities close by. The beach is close by at walking distance from the apartment and is really good and clean but be prepared for the costly restaurant in the beach.

Appartamento molto confortevole, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. . A pochi metri dal centro, dalla spiaggia libera e dalla pista ciclabile! Soggiorno davvero incantevole ! Assistenza h24 , disponibilità assoluta e prontezza ad ogni richiesta. Consigliato! Torneremo sicuramente!

Wow, if you are looking for an ocean front view it does not get any better than this. Prime location on the beach. Would be fantastic if you have kids. Close to snack bar and some casual restaurants. Was clean. Easy access to the bus stop to take you to capri center and Anacapri. We would stay here again.

The place is really nice and landlord is friendly and helpful. We really wanna go there again.

When I saw the photos from this Airbnb, I knew that my husband and I had to stay here! I booked it a year ahead of time so that we wouldn't miss out on this beautiful place. Reality is even better than the photos! The mountains are a lush green and provide a stunning backdrop to the gorgeous lake. We enjoyed the views from the cozy and comfortable bed, while eating lunch and dinner, and while enjoying a drink on the balcony. We grocery shopped in Scanno and made delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen. The area was lovely too! We were immursed in nature. We did the hike up to see the lake in a heart shape. We parked a 3 minute drive away, near the hotel, historic church and boat rental. We got free parking while we charged our electric car. We also explored Scanno, Introdacqua, and Pettorano Sul Gizio where we toured a small 11th century castle. I highly recommend this Airbnb! You will never forget the views and the scenic drives around the area!

Super Unterkunft. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter und sehr zuvorkommend. Empfang war unkompliziert und auch sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit vier kleinen Hunden dort. Für die Hunde war es ebenfalls eine tolle Unterkunft. Toller Garten, völlig umzäunt auch für sehr kleine Hunde. Von dort kommt man schnell nach Gaera, Sperlonga, Terracina, Sam Felice. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Struttura fantastica, abbiamo trascorso del tempo piacevolissimo. Aveva tutto l’occorrente per stare benissimo. Unica piccola pecca la mancanza di condizionatore nella stanza al piano inferire. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente
