Monthly Rentals in Agios Spiridon Beach

Dream location: charming little village. Extremely quiet. When you have a fast car, you can go down to the beaches. Beautiful marked walks, most of them under centuries-old olive trees. Extremely warm welcome from Spiro's mother. She and her son are very responsive and do their job as hosts with great kindness. Perfect with every point of view. And even 3 restaurants in this hamlet, and very nice restaurants!

We were three people traveling—myself, my wife, and my 83-year-old father—on a family trip, and this rental was a great fit for our needs. The location was ideal: quiet, picturesque, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and major attractions easy to reach by car. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus. The apartment itself was clean and practical for our needs, but the real gem was the large sea-view balcony. We spent time out there every single day - it became our shared space, especially since the inside was quite small and didn’t have much of a common area. That was something we knew ahead of time from the listing so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall, it was a lovely stay. It felt like the right place for our little family getaway, and we’d definitely come back. No complaints - just good memories.

We had 1 week at this beautiful villa and it exceeded all expectations, the villa was even more beautiful than the photos. The beds are super comfortable and it had all amenities that you needed. When we checked in we were left a huge bowl of fruit, wine coffee and tablets for the dish washer and washing machine. We ate breakfast on the terrace watching the view every morning and could resist a sundowner aperitif every evening in the sun soaking up the view. The outside road was very quiet and the villa is walkable to all beaches and restaurants we particularly enjoyed the dolphin Nicos and Akron beach. It was spotlessly clean and Miriam was very responsive to all queries. We were gutted to leave and would rebook in an instant
