It is located in the centre of Agios Nikolaos city and nearby you can find bars, restaurants, bakeries, super markets and of course the central market of the city. The distance from the location to the beach is no more than 100 meters! It is a studio apartment with one king-size bed and one double bed sofa. All electrical appliances are brand new and high tech, such as a new 32'' FullHD smart TV, air-condition, oven and a fridge!

roof garden - amazing view

Amazing view: This lovely and very comfortable apartment is located at the heart of Agios Nikolaos. It is on the 5th floor ( there is no elevator), but the view from there is amazing. There is a big private terrace from where you can see all the port, the ‘ Mirambello Gulf’, the place all around the lake, the bridge and the most of the town. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing and rest.
