Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large plot of land with adjacent football field. 300 meters down to the jetty at Lake Mälaren. Glazed patio and large deck with seating area and sun bed. Here the sun is for the whole day. In connection with the trolley is the playhouse with 120 cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a friends swing as well as apple trees and cherry trees. Access to rowing boat in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2-3 km away is Sandviksbadet with sandy beach. About 2 miles to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150m to the dock, a motor boat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running loop around Björsund. You have access to your own apartment on the upper floor of the south wing building. There you have 3 rooms and a kitchen as well as a small patio near the accommodation. Hagbyholm Farm is a working farm. While enjoying the tranquility of the countryside, you live relatively close to activities, shops, shopping and restaurants. Welcome to stay on our property!

A relatively new (2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.
