In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The accomodation offers: bath & sauna, gym, rowing boat, canoe, kayaks, SUP and fishing (fishing license required), trampoline & outdoor games, deck for yoga & meditation, proximity to forest, barbecue area, etc. Indoors there are toys, board games and a fully equipped kitchen. Our village is surrounded by lush forests, beautiful lakes, and is one of the best places for outdoor activities. The cottage features a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a washing machine, AC, 2 parking lots, free coffee, and unlimited WiFi.

The house is perfect for relaxation and for those who want to explore the wonderfully beautiful region of Sörmland. The interior has been carefully designed and is beyond the ordinary. You’ll have all the comforts you need: a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and garden patios. Excursions are plenty - walks in the forests and fields, vintage shops and cafes.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Skogsloftet

Välkommen till ett eget litet paradis i naturen. Ett charmigt attefallshus med öppen planlösning, mysigt sovloft och en fantastisk skogsmiljö. Här får du lugn och ro, bara ett stenkast från badsjöar men också närheten till Norrköping city och Kolmårdens djurpark. Boendet rymmer 4 personer (dubbelsäng på loftet och en bäddsoffa). Fri tillgång till wifi och Cromecast finns inkopplad i tvn. Längtar du efter stillhet, äventyr eller en kombination? Då är du hjärtligt välkommen hit!

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Stay on a farm near the forest and lake.

You live in a cottage on the farm with a glass veranda and your own patio. If you want to cool off on a hot summer day, you can go down to the swimming area that belongs to the accommodation. The farm is surrounded by beautiful and species-rich meadows, forests with mushrooms, berries and wild animals. There are plenty of play areas for the children. On the farm there are Icelandic horses and sheep that roam freely in the pastures. Also two cats live here and sometimes a dog.

Villa Kruthuset by the sea | Sauna float | Single room

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There is ample space for socializing and lovely dinners as well as the possibility to close the door (7 bedrooms - 8 beds including bed linen and towels).

The lake house at Långhalsen

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis next to Lake Långhalsen in an old 18th-century cottage that is modernly decorated on two floors. Living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen overlooking the lake, comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a total of five beds. Several patios with armchairs and sun loungers in all directions. Possibility to borrow a rowboat. You can use your own casting rod or fishing rod for lake fishing.
