loved the place- its aesthetic just like the photos, feels luxurious and very well maintained. value for money. the location is great and easy to find. just that parking in the basement will pillars around makes it a bit difficult for some people, but then you can always park on the road... there is a security guard 24*7 which is the best part... the swimming pool is bit small and rectangular but no complaints, it is the way it is, the good this is that its well maintained and has greenery around... the caretaker Chandan and Umesh were very helpful.. Umesh specially cleaned the house daily and he's very polite.

I stayed here for about 15–20 days and had such a wonderful experience. The house itself is really pretty — thoughtfully done up with great aesthetics and a peaceful vibe. One of my favorite parts was the patio area — perfect for morning coffee, work, or just unwinding in the evenings. What truly stood out, though, was the host. So jolly, warm, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we had even the tiniest inconvenience, someone was sent immediately to sort it out — it honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental. Nothing to complain about — only good things to say. Would definitely love to come back!

I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

amazing view to enjoy waking up, enjoying a cup of coffee, enjoying a meal alone or with others. apartment is large for 2 couples or family. bonus is washing machine and balconies. Area is quiet but close to markets, beaches, cafes and restaurants. need some kind of transportation. there is plenty of parking available. Host, Sanna responds immediately, guard helpful and friendly. Swimming pool excellent to cool down!

When i short listed this property , there were some odd reviews . Trust me , with all respect to others who have posted these reviews, there was absolutely no issues at all. had supported in slightly early check-in as we were driving down from bangalore . His staff welcomed us with a smooth check in and showed us all facilities with instructions. Place was very cozy with comfortable furniture and good kitchen with enough utensils. We cooked 2 days with out any hassles . Ofcourse there were one tile broken in the living and bathroom and a stand broken in bathroom which will no way hamper ur holiday stay . Nice balcony with pool facing and we loved our coffee there .over all my whole family loved it. There were lot of options in airbnb, but we r so happy that we finalised on this property 😀

We stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time! The beds were super comfortable, and the AC and fans kept the place cool and pleasant throughout our stay. One of our favourite parts was enjoying meals with the amazing view — absolutely stunning! The beach, just steps away, was perfect for children. It was cleaned daily and had lifeguards on patrol, which gave us extra peace of mind. The hosts truly made our stay extra special. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful — like having lovely neighbours or even family nearby. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and even helped arrange and drive us to a fun day trip to a nearby water park. The kitchen was well-equipped for making simple meals, and the bathroom had a great hot shower plus a toddler toilet, which was a big help for our family. We will definitely come back!!

really nice stay only one issue that there was network issue in the whole area however there is wifi which is working fine inside the house. Stay is very peaceful and also property is next to pool.

I had the most lovely stay for my last two days in India and Smita was just the kindest host ever! She helped me with everything and gave me advice for local restaurants, places to visit, food delivery - you cannot ask for a better host and the place is just beautiful and quiet, surrounded by palmtree forests and the river: dreamy! We were in Goa for my best friend’s bachelorette and had a great experience staying at this villa. The care takers ensured we were well taken care of. Sahin was a great house help and took great care of us. All in all we had a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend staying here when in Goa!

The place feels right at home, beautifully crafted with plush pool. The rooms are very nicely done with great outdoor deck at first floor overlooking pool. Shivam and other co hosts are as responsive as it gets. Right there on feet to help you out. Overall a great place with wonderful amenities.

We had a comfortable stay! The house was clean and organised and the location of the property is awesome! Beach view from the Porch is definitely the USP of the property.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

Had an amazing time here. The housekeep/helper was also polite &very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom’s designed well. The room and the balcony were quite airy and fresh. And the washing machine, I must say, is an amazing thing to be included on a stay - it helped us a lot. And now for the best part, they have the most amazing, secluded & cozy pool - surrounded by lush greenery. So yes, the pool here was the best part of our experience. Just one thing I’d like to mention so that maybe it improves is that the towels were leaving lint out left & right which made them pretty unusable. But other than that everything was pretty nice.

From early check in to assisting with local needs, they made everything smooth and easy. Even though she was traveling Ambreen stayed in touch and made sure we were comfortable.
